What is the file Cabinet?
Its... just that! A File cabinet. Each kid, ICly, has their own record... files kept, so on so forth~
In character, you can not view these files. But OOCly you can! So you get to see all the data kept on your kid... also, this is so I can keep up with a general idea of each kid, when I need it... teachers can view the child's files, doctors can view them...
What do I need to do as a parent?
If your child has any important information, you send it in.. like, say, medical information. D-corp would need to know if your child is allergic to peanuts. That would be posted here and "kept on file"
But... say, useless information like "My childs favorite food is peanuts!" doesn't matter, and we don't need to know that.
Also if you see any information missing, like in the dragons post, the parents post especially, please PM it to D-corp.
What do I need to do as a Teacher?
This is a big part of your job teachers! As I've mentioned before, to get credit for your work, you need to post your "reports" here, with a link to the class.
A report can be as intricate or as short as you want, should include how the child did on the class (and if they failed due to not posting) and their behavior. <3 Were they a nice student, shy? over acheiver? bad? whatever!
And make it In-Character~ have fun with it.

D-corp(mule, general staff)-
1. Post new Files
2. Update ID photos
3. Update Adopted To Info
4. Update Video documentation post
5. Post growth information and forms
Teachers(mule)-
1. Posts classes that are given credit to kids when the teacher fails to uphold their work.
Teachers(staff)-
1. Posts class reports, showing wither a child failed or passed a class, what they learned, and how they behaived.
2. Keep up with aditional teacher work (see below)
Skills Teachers-
1. Update skills logged post
Dragon Teachers-
1. Update Dragon Post
All Owners-
1. Notify "D-corp" of any errors
2. Try and help me keep up with the Video documentation post (PM me RPs that are set in D-corp, its reaaally hard by myself ;w; )
Tech-
1. Post any reports nessicary
