So, my brother and I were talking about Doctor Who and he puts in the Halo
soundtrack.
And then I say, "Wouldn't it be cool if the Doctor fought the Covenent?"
And then the case started; Who would win? I defended the Doctor, stupid brother defended the Covenent and Daleks (?).
My brother's points:
-The Sentinels are invincible (Even though...you can killl them...)
-The Doctor, Martha, and Captain Jack couldn't possibly stand up against a million Covenent, the Flood, and the Sentinels, so he'd have to team up with the Daleks (See? He's an idiot)
-The Daleks would want to take out the Flood and Covenent because they want to take over the universe too
-He could put Cortana in his Screwdriver
My points:
-The Doctor could disable the Sentinels with his Sonic Screwdriver
-It's the Doctor, he's a freakin' genious and could take them (somehow...?)
-WHY THE HECK WOULD THE DALEKS TEAM UP WITH THE DOCTOR?!?!?!
SURE THEY WOULD WANT TO EXTERMINATE THE FLOOD AND THE COVENENT, BUT THEY WOULD WANT TO GET RID OF THE DOCTOR TOO!!!
-How the flub would he put Cortana in his Screwdriver?
-It's the Doctor.
Who is right? Me or him? (Please say me!) crying

Ah, the classic "Doctor Who vs Halo" argument. I have thid every day with my brother, I know exactly how annoying it is.
Also, I have got to agree with you. Why on Earth would the Daleks team up with the Doctor? Surely the Daleks would team up with the covenent?!?!

I'm on your side all the way. If the Doctor can take on Daleks, Cybermen, and the Master(not all at once) and still survive then the Covenent is nothing. The Covenent would tremble at the sound of the Doctor's name just like the Daleks. Also, the day the Daleks team up with the Doctor is the day that the Master stops being evil for no real reason and decides to help poor orphan children. Which we know is never gonna happen.
You can tell your brother all of that word for word if you like.

How fracken moronic can your brother get? I mean, the daleks and the doctor teaming up.....hmmmm........ IT'S THE END OF THE UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!! And the sonic screwdiver can do a lot of things, but trapping people inside it is impossible. I'm pretty sure if the doctor can take out an entire fleet of dalek warships, then he can take out the Covenent, the flood, and the Sentinels.
