Quick RP rules:
~ Normal Ulaya cannot ascend onto the isle.
~ Dreamers can descend from the isle for short times outside of the Festival, in which because they are ALL supposed to be away from the isle, their own power keeps them alive.
Dreamers can ONLY breed with other dreamers!
