I have to say I've done a very bad job running this guild. I changed my screen name and forgot about it. sweatdrop I'm going to do a major clean up. I'm sorry if your posts were deleted, but I'll assume if the thread returns it's used a lot so I won't delete it a second time. I'm just going to delete some unnecessary threads. Sorry in advance if they were necessary. Anyways, I'm going to try to add a few things. I'm not sure who's a mod anymore. It seems like a lot of people that I never promoted, so I'm going to have to try to figure out who to keep as a mod and who not to... I'll post more on this later.

Ok... So I just deleted A LOT of threads and I have to say if I see another "I'm new!" "Mugen vs Jin" "I'm bored" "If you love Mugen!" "Who likes Jin?!" "Who just loooooovvvveesss the ending/op/ " I'm gonna blow a fuse! If your post has something like that in the name, CONGRATS! You're now the only thread of that kind! I kept one of each of these up. I kept the fan threads up. If you want to express your particular love for a character do it in the FAN THREAD for that character. If there's already a thread that's basically what you want to say or really closely related, please don't make another. Please look before you make a new thread. And absolutely NO "I'm new" threads. That is what the Introduce yourcelf Sticky is for. No more "omg i got accepted even though I didn't fill out the application" yes you did because I made it specific to the mods to accept anyone even if they don't right anything because i think everyone deserves a chance and the application is optional. No one cares you got in without filling it out since it's been discussed before!
I'm going to try my best to restart the rpgs because those stickys sux0rz. I'll add new sub forums as well. Once that's done I'm going to do some mod downgrades. I only want a few moderates, preferably ones I know. If i see some mods I don't know are doing an good job I may keep them, but I'd like to have a good talking to about what I foresee in the furthering of this guild. I believe one mod told me I wasn't doing something right once... >.< sigh... I don't think anyone knows I'm the admin not even the mods!
