General appearance:A young looking woman, who constant wears a black witch hat. Her fangs are so small, they are hardly noticeable.
Her clothes are non-restrictive. She needs a good range of motion, and relies heavily on speed, or wearing her opponent down.
Weapons:She uses her hands in combat, outfitted with gloves that can catch blades, but not stop her from piercing through someone with and open palm.
Abilities:Shadow step, allowing her safe passage through shadows. Blood magic, the most powerful type of magic, but it has repercussions. Steady Pace, which stops anything from moving at a pace other than it's current, but it must have a rhythm to be effected. Enhanced Inertia, which makes things not want to move, or stop moving more than normal.
History:Attacked at the age of five by a Vampire, she avoided people most her life. She aged very slowly, and looks 1/4 of her age. Despite only being part Vampire, she still has to to drink blood.

General appearance: Dark,dark Red hair. Icy Blue eye's(Like the pet in my sig.). Pale Skin. She has a beauty Mark at the corner and slightly below her right eye. Lala has a large scar across her back,from her right hip all the way to her left and just below her shoulder blade. She primarily wears blacks and reds.
Piercings - On her right ear she has three piercings. On the normal spot on her lobe is a dangling Ruby gem. And then one on her upper ear that has a chained link down to her first piercing in her lobe. And then the final one between the two,the two being simple silver rings. Her left ears has two. The Ruby gem to match the other in her lobe,and then a silver ring on her upper ear that has another ruby gem in the center.
Outfit - Lala wears a black body suit with with a buckled corset,long sort of skin tight pants and buckled up boot's to just below her knee. She wears a skirt around her waist that is slitted on both side's all the way up,and then slits in her pants around her hips that are held together by three chains on each side. Again,around her waist is a belt cladded with chains,mainly in the back. And three long chains in the back,each has a ruby gem on the end. Lala's sleeve's are only attached by the under arm,leaving her shoulders bare. And the top is a turtleneck.
History: Lala doesn't really have much of a past. She's been in some of the bigger parts of the war,and been on both sides. In her many years she's mastered many weapons and 'Mastered' her powers. When Lala was 55 she was hired to do one of her first real big jobs,fighting directly on the front lines of a war. Her side one,But one warrior amongst the enemy managed to leave Lala with a scar straight across her back! Lala used to have a male vampire partner,but it was before she could support herself. Now that people are wiling to spend a lot of money to get her on their side,even for just a day,she doesn't keep him around. Though,it was before she was 55. The vampire was young when she knew him,and on occasion's she'd wind up having to feed him when there was no place for him to get his own.

Weapons/Abilities: *Lala uses a variety of weapons but she prefers double or dual weapons. Three of her most common weapons are 1: Two giant bladed fans that are more then just half the size of her. 2: a large bladed ring that splits into two. 3: Two small bladed rings that are linked with chains. She actually has two blades with chains on the butts of their handles that she slings around.
*Lala is immensely strong and prefers to use her brute strength with the aid of some sort of blade.
*Lala can control almost anything(There is a limit.) with Carbon,and that includes blood(It has to outside of the body first.) or even water and the earth(Since they have carbon in them as well.). She can also use this ability to speed up her healing(Limited.)
*Lala is also skilled in the use of fire and heat,using it as magic and something to pelt her enemies with.
*heightened Senses - Smell,eyesight etc. She can even sense it when something is cutting threw the air,like a moth or even a blade.
*She's extremely agile and fast,she makes for a deadly combination.
*Lala has a taste for the Dark arts,meaning all sorts of 'Black' magic. She uses them to sometimes to increase her own abilities,break seals and barriers and more.

+Lala is very temperamental and likes to have things her way,but she isn't against bending for a mutual or higher on her part benefit.
+Lala studies the dark arts and is searching for two books in a series of four. Two of which she owns and the other two are hidden or something. She doesn't know,she just knows she can't find them!
