He likes Ichiruki, at the beginning on the first character poll, he said that he loved that fact that ichigo and rukia were the top two and that was very important to him. <--- Hint Hint Hint Ichiruki scream scream
I think Orihime is one of the people who you could pair anyone with because she can't be taken seriously, you would never see Rukia paired with Grimm, she is only ever really seen in likely pairings (IchiRuki, Renruki) and less likely but still more likely than grimhime (ByaRuki and GinRuki). She seems to be the pairing whore of bleach, a bit like ichigo is thrown together with anyone(yaoi pairings etc).
