"Oh this you mean.." He lifted the flower a little. "I have been wondering how to grow sakura trees... they're sacred and dear to us." By 'us' he ment his family that only included his sister and mother and himself. His black hair took some flight as the breeze blew through.

"Well. If not- you could be a magician of dance. My mother dances...I bet if you danced and performed it Lassie. With all those petals around yea... I trust that they will never get tired of it. With dance you could always change if anything." His old english accent came in to play just a bit. He gave a smile to the youthful brod and then a weakish smile. Like if this numa has never smiled in his life. Her fins flattened against the sides of his face.

"And a fine magician you will be if you only tried right?" He stared in to her eyes to search for acceptance to this maddness he was splurting out.

She giggled softly at his ramblings and tilted her head in thought. " Dancing? I've done...abit of dancing before...I don't think I'm that good though.." Faer looked back at her wings, fluffed them up a bit then, feeling the gentle breeze, took to the air, twirling slowly as she rose. Her petals kept up with her, trailing behind her a little. In the soft breeze, she rotated slowly, then starting doing gentle loops. This was her, dancing.
She continued her series of loops, twirls and prancing in the air feeling one with the breeze and her petals.

Yoru in his youthful mind and body. He moved back some.. to watch her 'dance'. But this.. dancing was different form his mother's and sister's. He on the other hand didn't dance. Nor did he have any real talent. Except for a greenclaw. Quite the planter he was and thus the reason for his slight obession towards sakura plants.

His stare went balnk and amazed as he watched her. Yes, A true one of the sakura she was.. like a falling sakura petal... In the cool air... His tail couldn't even wag. Which somehow his tail would wag more often. His fins went flat on his face.. and his eyes widened from their always half-lidded selves. His hair swirled, getting entangled with some of the loose petals. He wanted to write down everything he saw like a study- but his mind flew..

A gentle smile crept across her muzzle as she felt the gentle touch of the petals against her fur as she twirled.
Slowly rotating, she came down infront of Yoru and slowly opened her eyes. Tilting her head slightly she giggled. " So..?"

"Y-You dance so good !" He exclaimed and found his way sitting up. "You remind me of my momma and sister. They are very good dancers! You are too!" He started to clap some and wag his tail. A smile didn't find his way though- more like a smirk across his maw.

He slowly reached his head up to touch her forehead with hers. "Hey. Your really something aren't cha young lassie." Still in his smirk. His fins slicking back as his black hair swirled with the petals around her.

Faer stared into Yoru's eyes as her forehead pressed against his. It was a silent moment, but she broke it with an embaressed giggle. The female numa took a seat next to Yoru again, groomed a portion of her snow white fur back into place and smiled softly. It...It's realy nothing.... I just do what... She paused for a moment, thinking about what she was saying and the risk of sounding foolish. " I just do, what the wind tells me to do. I think it is what makes me, as you say, a good dancer."

Faer still wasn't sure if she really had been that great. To her, it had al been play and in a way, she felt a little foolish. But if Yoru said she danced good, then she must have looked the part. A smile of confidence flitted across her face as she curled her tail around her legs.

Yoru stood up finally as his mind calmed from the dance. "Faer... You dance good... You seem shy though. Is there something wrong with you. I mean.. by the way you dance.. I mean.." He got confused with his words and covered his fin ears for a moment. Then he let them go.

"I meant to say.. Do you feel self-concious when you dance? Because you dance good! So don't ever say you cant ok! And the wind.. has a beautiful voice then.. and it tells me things to-" He moved his fins up.. hearing the wind float around them in an errie way. "....A plant died..." He said softly as he looked to the right as his attention was fully to it. The cold down his mind - one of HIS plants died. that he helped it grow.. "Im sorry.. if you want you could come but- I have to check my patch of flowers." He looked at her for the acceptance.. then he turned to walk the way of his patch.

Faer tilted her head with a smile, a sign of acceptance for her. She giggled as Yoru stumbled over his words. " Maybe...I'm alittle shy, because I'm different.... I mean how many numas do you see that have a trail of cherry blossoms following them...and can grow them from the ground in the blink of an eye....I guess...ive never thought of it as...a good thing."

Faer watched Yoru look off and then begin walking. As he invited her she jumped at the invitation and pranced after him, smiling happily. " I love flowers!"

He nodded as she loked so hyped. But. It was a dead plant.. not really something to be of joy over. Oh well. He turned and followed the path that his nose led him to. His dark red eyes searching the place where he kept his patch of flowers...

The path led semi to the graveyard.. but then.. he turned north-east until his red eyes caught a glimpse of the orchid and wild flower patch.. !!!!

He then went in to a gallope until he got there- promptly stoppin at where the patch started.. His paw gently crept around a large orchid.. the largest of the patch.. "mmm.." His voice went low as he lended his nose in to the flower... it was dying.. he couldnt do anything. It pained him inside to see that he couldn't do anything. "Why..." He knew all things died.. he even loved the dead.. but not when he helped create it or helped it grow. He couldn't help it... but he never would shed a tear. Unless its someone close who dies.

His fins sunk down under his chin.. The only other numa who saw him in a swirled of emotions over a flower was Mint Hoshi. Thats it... he felt he could let out a whimper..

As she bounded after him, Faer caught onto his sense of sorrow and her own fins went down and she now slunk after him. The walking-sakura sat at the edge of the flower patch, watching Yoru carefully.

She saw his sorrow and hurt, and slowly crawled her way toward him, and softly nuzzled him. Looking at the dying flower, she too felt a pang of hurt, as she was a living flower and loved them.

She wondered if Yoru would think of what she had showed her, and plant a petal to form a sakura blossom, as it would work for him too. " Yoru...is there a large empty place in your garden?" What she asked seemed alittle cruel, cause she hadnt offered him any comfort but she had an idea.

He watched as the flower was withering in his paws. No tears formed.. sadly. He felt sad for that. When she asked him a question.. his closest ear fin lifted as his face turned to meet hers...

"An... empty space...?" He voice was low a crackled.. His tail curled around the plant that was dying... "There is the planting space in front of the gates to my home..That I hoped to plant... something there..." He then turned back to sulk in emotion over the flower.. When it last moved with the breeze.. He slowly pulled it out.. and re-digged a hole... putting it in the hole.. Patting it ... and he laid his head over it... His fins touching the ground.

He might not have been crying, but his actions almost made her cry. She watched him, for a moment, then a look of determination crossed her face. Faer was determined to make Yoru happy again....she didn't like it when others were sad.

The pink numa sat up on her hantches, looking around for some sign of Yoru's home. She spotted a gate...the gate that led into the graveyard. Remembering that Yoru had told her that he lived in the graveyard, she lifted herself off the ground with her wings and placed herself on the bare section of cookie dough.

Faer surveyed it, for size and location. For her next 'trick', she had to do it in the right place and in a large enough space.

After mulling over it, Faer gave a definite nod of her head and set off to the center of the plot. She put thick claws to the cushy cookie dough and tore away at it, making a deep hole. Once again she sat back on her rear legs, but this time she closed her eyes. Faer was speaking with her blossoms, in mind. She nodded, unfurled her wings to their greatested and turned her head to look at the sorrowed Yoru. " Yoru! Watch this!" She called out to him and turned her attention back to the hole.

The petals around her swirled freely, but seemed to be stuck a bit on fast forward. Faer reached up and gathered a large handful of the petals, which she placed in the hole. She formed the blossoms into a thick, small circle before taking the fully blossomed sakura from behind her ear and placing it in the center. Faer pushed the dug-up cookie dough over the pink flowers and buried it, pushing her paw prints hard into the earth.

With her wings still spread out and eyes closed, Faer rose just abit off the ground and her young body began to glow a brillant shade of pink. Gently, she spoke, but the wind carried her words easily.

"In friendship's fragrant garden,
There are flowers of every hue.
Each with its own fair beauty
And its gift of joy for you."

At the end of this poem, was a tremble of the Earth a small brown figure poked its way out of the Earth where Faer had buried the petals. Slowly. at first it grew upward, a few branches poking outward. Faer lifted herself upward, with the tree as it grew and as it hit a certain height it too glowed pink, and its growth seemed to get faster.

The trunk of this new tree expanded outward, thickening and branches sprung outward. Faer danced about it, a trail of cherry blossom petals following her around the tree, as she sprialed upwards with it. From the ground, the trees roots looped partially out of the ground, but remained bare.

Finally, all became quiet as the tree stopped it's growth spurt. It looked kind of ugly, with it's branches barren. But it didn't remain that way for long. Faer and the tree continued to glow, everything seemed to pause for just a brief moment, but then it the light surrounding them flashed brightly, causing a blinding effect.

When the light finally disappeared, every branch on the tree was covered in large cherry blossoms, the sky filled with dancing petals in the wind. Even the roots that showed from the ground were covered in the blossoms and rich green leaves. It was Magic.

But at the bottom of the tree, lying in it's shade, was Faer. While all the other blossoms on the tree were a vibrant pink, petals lay spread out around her looking brown and wilted. Even her own fur, usually white as snow and pink as the blossoms, had taken on the slightest tinge of brown. The numa pup lay on her side, her wings and ears had gone limp and she didn't open her eyes nor move a muscle......

He watched... as the smallest of a seed grew in to forms and forms of branches.. in awe... and shock...

Had the other known how to do such a thing. Enough that she drained her whole self? He found himself in a desperate manor to find her body in all the blossoming trees of Sakuras..

!!!!!
the attention was put on her and he never had that feeling before. the feel that something.. someone would die. His paws shook under him as he dodged the trees growing form under him and when he finally got to her.. she was facing her back towards him.. he didnt see her face.. but.. her body. Looked. So limp. "FAER!!!" He yelled out as he got to her finally. His fins went down to his neck.. a whimpering sort of tone.. as he slowly walked towards her.. wrapping his tail around her.. "Faer.." His voice full of worry..

He nuzzled her neck... her fur that tint of brown made him quite shakened.. Almost forgetting that she made all the treees. His focus went on her.. He raised a paw as it shook violently in a fear.. and slowly placed it over her cheek.."Faer.." He repeated softly.. Not knowing what else to do! What - he was in such a shock that his brain couldnt process anymore except to comfort.. the corpse. He still wasnt used to seeing these things and it frightened him.. just as he was sad for his flower..

At the nuzzle of Yoru against her neck and the tremble of his touch she stirred slowly. Every part of her body ached and she felt both faint and weak. It took her a few minutes to register that she was wrapped in Yoru's arms. Slowly, she barely opened her eyes and tilted her head uptowards him. Faer heard the worry in the numa pup's voice as he repeated her name, but she was confused. "Y-yoru? Wh...at's wrong?" She was so weak she couldn't even speak correctly. Faer closed her eyes for a moment but then looked up again. She reliazed she was under a massive cherry blossom tree. " W-where di...that come from?"

He curled his arms around her and pulled her in to his arms. "Dear lass... You made these...." He gave her a sweet nuzzle of kindness. First time he ever did to anyone else - in the family. Undoubtedly though. He needed to get her to a safer place. Since the graveyard was usually inhabited by some odd and mischiefing ghost-not including Muu.

He held on to her. WHY. Why would she do that for him.. he just couldn't make up in his mind. Nothing added up. His tail shivering from the exertion and worry. "Imma get you to a safer place. Ok." He said rather worried. Then he lifted her up some, and with much struggle. Craddled her in his arms- and started walking towards his greenhouse. Thats where he felt most safe and hopefully.. There would be something there to help him heal her.
