A little background info: The cullens have another small enemy gang of vampires. They are called The Colenthios. They are a 6-member group of vampires from long ago. The group is composed of three guys and three girls: George, Skallen, Aeden, Sara, Tawny and Elisia.
The Colenthios have known Charlisle for decades, and since have gotten to know the rest of the family. However, they disagree about the no eating humans bit. Thus, the hatred was born between them. The Cullens have fought with the Colenthios because they would start killing people, drawing attention. The Cullens have always tried to stop them, and succeeded for a while, but the Colenthios always found a way through their defenses.
Skipping ahead to now: The Colenthios have moved into the Seattle/ Forks area, causing mayhem and death throughout the region. Of course, the Cullens got involved. They met up and had, let's say, a very exciting reunion. The battle between the Colenthios and the Cullens started then, and had since raged on for weeks. Bella, of course was kept out of harm's way, thanks to Edward and the rest of the family. However, The Colenthios now know of Bella's relationship with the Cullens. The Colenthios plans the be rid of the Cullens, and the same with the Cullens and the Colenthios. Right now, All of the Cullens besides Edward and Alice are fighting in the clearing in the woods with 4 members of the Colenthios, while Edward and Bella are held up at her house. alice is out looking for the two Clenthios that isn't there fighting with the rest of the family...
"Edward?" I looked up at his face. It looked worried, pained.
"Yes, Bella?" He looked down into my worried eyes. HE saw my fear and held me closer. "Don't worry, Bella, I'm not going to let them hurt you."
"That's not what I'm worried about. You heard the thoughts from Charlisle. There's two of those Colenthios missing from the fight, and only Alice is out looking for them. I'm worried for her." I shivered in his marble arms.
"Alice can take care of herself. Right now, I'm worried about you."
"Don't be. If you want, I can go stay with Jacob. You know he's safe, and the Colenthios won't know that I'm there." I pulled away from him, gazing into his eyes, looking for confidence in my plan.
"No way. I'm not leaving you with him. I would worry too much that he wouldn't be able to protect you."
"Please, Edward. For me. For Alice. For all of your family."
Edward froze for a moment. His eyes strained with concentration. Then alertness.
"One of the Colenthios was killed in the clearing by Charlisle. All of them are ripping out of control and more dangerous than ever. I can't leave you, but..." Edward's phone started to vibrate in his pocket. He whipped it out and immediately had it to his ear, mumbling in a fast tone that I couldn't understand. When he hung up, he looked at me.
"Alice knows what happened, but she still can't find the two missing. She wanted to tell me to go help the family while she came back with you."
He rubbed his eyes in a stressed manner. "I can't do that. Even though I'm more of a help, I can't leave you.
I got up and held his hand. "If you're really that worried, then just keep in touch with Alice's mind. She knows what's going to happen. She can warn you. Go and help your family, Edward."
"No!" He growled. "I won't leave you. These Colenthios are dangerous. Maybe even more dangerous than victoria or even James. It's out of the quesiton-" His phone vibrated again. He answered and immediately started yelling into the phone. "I won't! She's not safe! I swear Alice, I won't leave her alone....yes I know.....I know, Alice....Alice, you know how powerful they are! They could be rid of her within seconds!! I won't take that risk...Alice....wait...Alice listen to me...yes....yes I know, but...yea....I understand...." He sighed and looked at me in defeat. "I will be listening to everything you know, got it? If something happens...fine." He hung up and held me in his arms.
"Alice has some persuasion tactics. I'm impressed." He hugged me closer. "I will have to go help Charlisle and the others to end this. Alice will be here to watch you. I will know everything that's going on, so don't start thinking abotu doing something stupid."
"I know. Alice wouldn't allow it anyway because she would be too scared about you." I chuckled into his chest. "Go and halp your family. I'll be fine"
"Alice is here." He let go of me. "Take care of yourself for my sake." He was off and out the window in an instant, and in that same instant, Alice was in my doorway. "Here I am to save the day."

I sighed. "Alice, I don't really need a babysitter. I'm just going to sooperate for Edward's sake." I crossed my arms in front of my chest.
"Yeah, and the fact that there are vampires after you once again. Honestly, Bella, you seem to attract so much attention." She skipped her way over to my bed where I was sitting. "But don't worry I won't let anything harm you. I know what's going to happen."
"Oh? And what is going to happen?" I turned to face her with a curious look on my face.
"Well," she said turning to me in excitement, "It all seems to work out like this: Edward will kill one of the girls, Jasper will get rid of George and help Esme finish off Aedon, and then Rosalie will kill Sara and Tawny, with the help of Charlisle." She seemed proud of herself.
"Really? Just like that? But what about the other ones missing? Skallen and Elisia?"
Alice looked puzzled for a moment. "Well, for some reason I can't see them at all. My guess is that they're at the reservation, so they can stay out of my sight. I'll have to keep an eye out for that." She got up and danced over to my desk chair and sat down. "So, what do you want to do in the meantime?"
"I want to go find these vampires." I looked at her with a serious face. "I want to help."
Alice giggled. "Nice try, Bella. I would never hear the end of that. Plus, you could get killed, and I won't let that happen on my watch."
"Use me as bait. You and Edward could be waiting nearby, and then you could attack when they got near!" I jumped up from my bed. "Please, Alice, I want to help."
"No, and that is the end of it. I'll just keep an eye out for them."
"Alice, it could take forever for them to show. They didn't even come out when they heard one of them had died. Just let me speed things up."
"No." She said in a stern tone. Her phone started to ring, and she picked it up. "Edward? Yea I knew that would happen... What?" She got up, startled. "What do you mean? ...No, I didn't see that....ok....fine, I'll be there in a second." She hung up and sat back down, confused.
"What's wrong, Alice??" I got up and went over to her. "What happened?"
"I...I don't know how it happened," she said, facing me. "One of the missing vampires, Elisia, has appeard right by here, and Edward could hear her in his mind...but why couldn't i see her? I don't know what's going on. I predicted right with the fight in the clearing. Edward just killed Tawny when he heard Elisia's mind telling her location and what she's going to do..." Her eyes widened. "We've got to get you out of here. Now. Edward is on his way to get you away. I'm going to go find the other one, Skallen-"
At that point, Edward was at the window and then quickly to me, holding me.
"Bella, we have to leave. Elisia is near," Edward said, squeezing me.
I pulled away to look at his face. "What did you hear, Edward?"
Edward looked very angry. "Terrible things. I can't even tell you or I'll go insane. Come on, let's go."
"Wait, what about Elisia? Who's going to take care of her?"
"Emmett can. He's not doing much with the fight....wait...." He was concentrating for a second, then said, "Ugh, he can't help now. He's trying to finish off another one. I guess..." He looked agrivated. "I guess I'll have to take you to Jacob's house." He got up and held out his hand. "Let's go."
I took his hand and we were out the window in a second running toward the reservation. Alice wasn't far behind, then she swerved from behind us to another direction. I was worried for her.

We were to Jacob's house in minutes. Edward let me off his back, and he held me close until we were at the door. Jacob opened the door before we even knocked.
"What's going on here?" Jacob asked, shock spread all over his face.
"It's a long story, Jacob, but the make things short: Bella's in danger and I want you to watch her while I take care of some things," Edward said.
"In trouble? What kind of danger?" Jacob's worry was detected in his voice.
"Very dangerous vampires are after her, and I have to get rid of them."
"What?? How did this happen?"
"Like I said, it's a long story, but right now, Bella needs to be safe, so can you watch her?"
"Of course I can watch her!" Jacob grabbed me just as Edward let go.
"Thank you, Jacob. If anything happens to her-"
"I won't let anything happen to her."
"Fine then. Be careful, Bella," Edward kissed me on my forehead.
Jacob pulled me inside and shut the door.
"Jacob! You don't have to be so rude!" I shoved him away.
"Then don't get all mushy in front of me," Jacob plopped himself on the couch. "Stay close. I want you in my sight at all times," he turned on the TV.
"I want to go get the two vampires that are after me," I shut the TV off.
"Hey! I was watching that!"
"Did you hear me?"
"Yea I did. But I'm not responding. That is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard come out of your mouth."
"Listen to me. The cullens are fighting very powerful vampires in the woods, and two are after me. It's complex, but they have some sort of grudge against the Cullens because they want to hunt humans instead of animals. I want to help because Edward and Alice are alone out there trying to find them. If they can smell me, they will both come to one place and make things easier!"
"Absolutely not. That's too dangerous for you. You're practically asking to die," Jacob got up from the couch.
"Of course you would be there, Jacob. You could protect me."
"No."
"Please?"
"Nope."
"It would make you look really strong."
"That doesn't matter to me."
"It would make me very happy."
"I don't care. You could die."
"...It would make Edward very angry."
"...Well.."
