Appearance: Krys is short, about 5'0" but pretty quick on her feet. She is kind of wirey due to her traveling and not always having the best nutrition. Also, she does a lot of dancing and exercising which keeps her toned. She prefers to wear her hair short and is almost always wearing a hat of some kind. Usually, she wears a bandana of some kind over her injured eye, and on rare occasions a patch can be substituted. Krys is almost always found in cargo pants and boots/sandals and some kind of t-shirt or tank top. No, she's not a military-fiend, it's just more comfortable to her, and there's lots of pockets in those pants to hide things!
Personality:History: Krys grew up in a middle-class family and went to school like any other person. When she went to college, she chose Aviation as her main career but also added in anthropology for good measure - and a fall-back. Upon graduation, she was on her way to a flying-career. Things were going great until a few years later, when she had an accident on the job due to unsafe company conditions. The government required them to pay her a very nice compensation. What did she do with the money? She travelled around the world and spied of other cultures, of course! One thing she was intrigued with were rituals, and more specifically dancing rituals. Krys did quite a few research projects, and more traveling. Soon, she received grants for her work. A few years later, she decided she wanted settle down. When she saw that the Academy was hiring, Krys applied and got the job to teach low-level defense classes and dancing. To supplement more of her time, she also applied (and got accepted) into a Graduate program at a nearby school, to continue her work with dancing rituals -only official this time.
