Snow had looked a little suprised and a little frightened as the spider ran at her, but that quickly turned too amazement as she saw Sarria stop it from moving, "Wow... That's amazing Sarria!"
Alice also nodded, "Quite impressive, I will also admit," He smiled, eyes moving sideways to Viktor, "I suppose we'll call that your little heir to the destructive empire."
Snow looked over the spide, "Can you do that with everything? Just tell them to do something and then they'll do it?"

"You should have let it bite her." He informed Sarria as he shifted his weight some.
"Oh." Was her response as she frowned at the spider a bit, concentrating harder as he began to inch his way toward the edge of her palm, "No." She scolded, "You want to stay there." Watching him out of the corner of her eye she looked back at Snow and nodded, a smile forming, pretty sure Viktor wouldn't mind if she smiled at least some of the time, "I think so. Anything that's alive. Well, not plants and stuff, but stuff that's capable of some kind of thought, maybe? I don't know. I've only used it on the petstore clerk to make him give me this guy."
Pausing to alow time to take a breath, she continued, "I don't really tell them to do it. I kind of...suggest it? Again, I'm not really sure. I have to really concentrate though. If I don't it won't work." Sometime during her little ramble the spider had gone missing...
"Yes...yes it is." the volume of his voice gradually decreased, becoming quite sinister as it did so.

"Must admit, I'm impressed, which is difficult for me," Alice said, pleasent and sadtistic at the same time, impossible to tell which emotion over-powered which, "These Terras... amazing creatures."
"That's so neat! I mean, I can memorize lots of stuff, and I'm good at like..." Snow frowned, "I don't know, random smart-people stuff, and I can fly, but that's really it. You can," she moved her fingers around, smiling, "do stuff like that. It's almost like magic!" She wondered if she would be able to do anything like that as she got older... so far all she had really accomplished was being smarter than other people.

"Yeah, I guess it is pretty cool. My dad says he has lots of ideas..." she trailed off for a few moments, "But yeah, you can fly! I wish I could fly. That would be so fun. How high can you fly? Do you know? And where did he go?" She looked down at her empty palm then frowned when she felt something on her shoulder.
There, on her shoulder, was the spider. He was moving so slow even snails could move faster as he positioned himself so just his eyes/top spider...half...bit could be seen over Sarria. All eight of his eyes were fixed on Snow...just staring
"...Uh, yeah...So anyway, do you know how high you can fly?" She asked once more.
Viktor gave a single nod at Alice, "Some of them are...others are..." he looked briefly over at Snow at smirked.

Alice merely smiled, unbothered, "Well, you must admit, even if you find her ugly, she is interesting. Capable of flight, and brain functions that your average humans can only dream of. Your own daughter, capable of... mind control, I suppose," his grin once again turned sadistic, "Makes one wonder what we could do with such things... create from them, as they get older."
"...That spider wants to kill me," Snow said decicivly, but she still smiled, "I can get up pretty high, but I have to be careful, because too high and then I can't breath. Which sucks, because then I get tired because of the lack of oxygen and..." she cut herself off from her technical jargon, "Maybe when I get stronger, I can carry you when I go flying." Snow offered.

"No he doesn't..." Sarria didn't sound so sure as she eyed him suspiciously as he continued to glare at Snow in his own little spider way. "Remember, you don't want to hurt me." She told him before she went to pet him with a finger, careful to make sure he wouldn't bite her. It took her long enough to convince him he didn't want to bite or attack her.
"Really?" She chirped, "I would love that!"
Viktor's expression was blank as he looked at Alice, listening to what he said. His silence and look gave off a 'why are you still talking to me' vibe, "Sarria...you won't go 'flying with her.' You could spend your time with better...things."

"Oh come now Viktor, even you must wonder what it would be like to fly," Alice said, his voice light, but his eyes harsh, "Sarria may go with Snow any time she choses. It is not as though Snow would drop anyone... unless she felt so inclined," which seemed to sound a great deal like 'if she ever took you flying you bet your a** she would drop you'. "My point is quite simply that Sarria is still a child, and all children must be allowed to play before they can become adults, and... how do you say? Get over it."
"I'm sure he'll get more friendly as time goes on," Snow said, looking at the spider, "You know? As he gets more used to people." She carefully ignored Viktor and her father.

"Hmm," Sarria furrowed her brow a bit as she held up the Spider's carrier case, "He might, but I don't really know." She carefully herded him inside as he let out a strange hiss.
"She will not fly with that..." Viktor repeated, this time to Alice, "And I wouldn't let that thing so much as get close to me. It's quite...disgusting..." he headed toward Snow and Sarria and made sure to walk far enough around them to avoid the 'creature.'
"She will do what I tell her, and she will not go flying with that hideous freakish creature, nor speak to her again." Blinking once he turned his back and began walking with a cold, "Come."
Sarria was looking up at Viktor, never having heard him speak so harshly, as surprising as that is. She bit her lower lip and eyed Snow and Alice before jumping up at the command. Shortly after she was at his side matching his pace, not even daring to look back and wave goodbye to her new friend and Alice, for fear that Viktor would notice.

Alice made no comment, and simply smiled as he watched Viktor and Sarria walk away, "Well, that man is simply an awful one to deal with, now isn't he?"
Snow said nothing, only watched after them sadly, "I liked Sarria..."
"Yes, I know you did darling. Don't worry though..." Alice smirked, his face still pleasent, but something about his stance, his pressence, gave off exactly how he felt. Which was something very unpleasent, "Sarria strikes me as the smart sort... perhaps she will learn, as I did, what to do with a parent who does not let you do as you like."
"What? Like rebel against them?" Snow asked, looking up at her father.
"Something like that my dear..." Alice said, patting her shoulder, "Something like that."
