I like chocolate chip muffins, especially when the chocolate chips are melty. heart I also like the chocolate chocolate chip muffins.

Ha, I just remembered. In my culinary class last year one of the things our class pretty much ALWAYS messed up on was making the muffins. It was weird, because you think it's so simple but almost every time they would end up being really dense instead of rising and being nice and fluffy. We tended to over mix it.
