I have all three.
Guild Wars, Fractions, and Nightwall and these can be stand alones or on the same account these three can blend together.
Eye of the North is a true expansion because you need a level 20 character to access the section from one of those mentioned at the top in
red and underlined.

The one I'm using more often because she closer to level 20 is Arjuna Jinn an Elementalist/Ranger for Guild Wars. My others are Guild Wars : Dante Flamel Necromancer/Ranger. Fractions; Yuna Cerberus, Ranger: Hinata Kakashi, Assassin. Nightfall, Diana Starr, Paragon/Dervish, and Valeria Velkadour, Dervish.
