Sorry to say but you do need a little more practice.

Your proportions are rather off, and the figure looks a bit flat. Perhaps look into human anatomy a little bit? Drawing out the figure as a series of shapes, and figuring out how everything works together may be of help to you.
If you can get any of your friends to sit for you, then it may be beinfical to do some observational drawings to get a better hand on human anatomy. 3nodding

I would really recommend what dreamer Spirit said, and do some observational drawings. Your feet actually make me cringe when I look at them (feet and hands are the hardest parts though, so don't feel bad), so I would really recommend practicing them. Also, I would recommend looking at the face a bit more and really really study it. Draw it like shapes, and lines, rather than as a face. Really, what I would recommend is taking like 3 months to a year of just drawing people, places, and things from observation. Draw tables, draw your hand, do self portraits. Study and study, and you'll be amazed at your progress.

I also agree and reiterate what has been previosly said. If no friends will model for you, get pictures online. Also do this with pictures of birds for practice with wings. Hands and feet are hard, but can be the most fun part of the picture (in my opinion anyways). For hands and feet, I find my own to be the best models.

she definatly needs a neck, and her breasts need more work, and the hair is too chunked together try making it more messy and wavy and the wings need a bit more work i sugest look at pictures of wings and try to practice those. and always remember practice makes perfect just keep going at eigther the same peice over and over again until its perfect or go with things that are similar. but basically try to perfect the things you already know how to do instead of having only good with everything you draw, and slowly build up from there. cool
