...Gackt lovers and haters!
I just want to know how everyone feels about others that loves Gackt and that hates him. Personally, for those that I know that love Gackt, I feel a sort of jealousy, of not being the only one that I know that loves Gackt, but at the same time, I want to share him with the world and make everyone love him.
And then there are Gackt haters...of the people that I know that knows of Gackt, the guys hate him. One of them always calls him gay, whenever I speak of him or even have a picture of him. Another says that Gackt absolutely sucks and can't sing worth flip. And all those two do is enrage me to a point of breaking, though I do not show so in front of them.
I know that these are all their own opinions, but I can only take so much put down of someone that I idolize...I mean, friends are suppose to support you even if they don't like it...sure, they can state their opinions, but once is enough!

Gackt heart -> Yeah... sometimes a bit of jealousy, and sometimes a bit of envy (esp. to those girls who live in Japan and is part of Dears). But mostly, I just have love for the guy, and I can share that with those who feels the same for him.
Gackt domokun -> Well, they are entitled to their opinion... but most of the time, i just like to poke fun... like acting like a total fangirl that really kills their mood, cuz they can't win against me... or I like to just zone them out, i'll listen to their side of their reason to dislike him and i just listen. i don't have to agree with them.
Most of the time, i tend to get a mixed reaction. but more towards "dislike him". example, like they would say things like "he's gay" or that "he looks like a girl". but after they say that, they tend to say "but he does sing good songs" or "his voice is nice." i win some, i lose some when i preview a few of his singing to my buddies. Look-wise, if caught in an anti-pretty boy rant by them... i tend to just keep repeating bubbly "but he's so HOOOOOOOT!" i tend to win the convo. :XP:

I don't feel any jealousy towards other people who like him, unless they've been able to see him live and/or meet him. Then there are twinges.
Elsewise I like it, cause it means there's others to talk with about him.
I used to dislike him myself. But now I don't, obviously. And I don't have a problem with others not liking him, even when they say it. Unless they say it more than once. Than it just gets annoying.

yes i get angry at the haters. but they (the girls anyway) say that he is hot, BUT errr... xD perverted? (referring to all of his dirty suggestiveness) xD

Most of my friends know and adore Gackt. But, my mom thinks he's weird (in the bad way) and says he looks like a girl. Plus, my boyfriend says that Gackt is gay and his singing sounds like gibberish. I understand that people do have their opinions. I just wish that people would try to understand and give Gackt a shot, before they knock him. It makes me sad. crying

To be honest, I hate people who say "He's hot" or "I love him" because it seems shallow. They have to be able to back it up or I'll get in their face and ask how much they know about him and what they like. Of course in a place like this that happens to be a Gackt-sama guild, I'm okay with it, cuz I'm really not over-obsessive about him. (which is really weird considering that should happen since I have OCD)

What makes me mad about my friend though is that, they're haters who don't even give him a chance at all: They've only listened to 2-3 of his songs, or they don't like him because he is too famous; or 'lovers' who only like him because he looks hot and such.

Tell me about it, I know a guy named John, he absolutley hates everything artistic. He hated Sweeny Todd, for christ's sake! He also dosen't like Panic! At the Disco, he saw a poster of them and said they were all queers. How shallow do you have to be to judge someone completely and entirely on looks? Homophobe. Panic! Isn't nearly as good as Gackt, but to quote myself: "They're better than those other losers".

I hate it when people think he's gay, when just just acts Metro in his concerts or even in some of the videos. You learn that he's straight, once you read his Autobiography.
I share him with the world, athough.. I've been a fan of his since 1995.
I don't mind it either, but I am not jealous of anyone who likes the same person as myself. It's common to like the same artist. If they had only one fan, they wouldn't be as popular as they are now.

Well, yeah. I know that, but I was just saying that I wanted to be the only one that knew of him just so I could feel special. lol
Mad moment: Two of my friends, one american and one german; I showed them some pics of Gackt and they started making fun of him right in front of me, saying how every single pic, he looking like a girl, even the ones that made him look more like a guy than usual gonk And I told them to stop, but they wouldn't...it was a bad day for me, especially when I'm partners with them on this project we're doing.

hey if they say they hate him, they could be lieing. i think he has great music and if anyone wants to fight me against it, they can go jump in a hole, set themselves on fire, and do a dance cause they dont know good music
