To get advanced is really simple. Either you recruit 5 people to the guild or you donate 2.5k (enough for sub-forum) to get to crew lvl. Then, the only way to get to Vice Captain is to know me well and you have been with the guild for a while. These are the ONLY ways to get advanced, so do not ask me "Can I be at crew/vice lvl." I will give you the rank when you earn it.

I'll donate 3k, and cash in on me knowing you since the 4th grade for a Vice Captain position XD.
EDIT: Oh, and making the guild banner has to count for something D:
