just making a thread to express my hatred of trigonometry. T 3T and 'cause i can't post on the forums, so i'm kinda taking out my posting frustration. xDD
been doing trigonometry homework, woo, for several hours. T 3T
and yeah i let it all pile up. D8 i don't like handing in the work until i've managed to do every question, so, yeah.
anyone like trigonometry? xD;; (i just realised how hard it is to type that word correctly.) i used to like it, when it was just triangles and enter it into your calculator stuff. but now it's all the graph, cosec, cot, etc. stuff T 3T
give me algebra or division of polynomials anyday. OR INTERGRATION. <3
so yeah. discuss your hatred (or love) of trigonometry or other maths topics here...
yes i know i make random/bad topics C:

I love math. <3 It's the best. The only part I absolutely despise about it has to be...
GRAPHING. mad
(dun dun dun)
But I seriously do love math. There's something so rewarding about finding the value of 'x'. xD
I'm very sorry about your trig homework. I wish I could help you, but I'm doing geometry right now. T.T

there are some parts of maths that i really love C:
and i totally agree with you about the finding 'x' thing. especially if it's a really long question. 8D

I've been having alot of those. I think that usually happens around this time of year because it isn't the very beginning, and it's nowhere near the end of first semester. :C

I'm in trig right now.. I know it can get evil, but it hasn't yet. So far it's all the crap I've already mastered over the years from 8th to 11th grade (I'm a high school senior now). We finally got through the review chapters, but I get the feeling that it'll be entirely old material up until we get to actual trig functions.

Finding "X" was the one thing I liked, provided it didn't included fractions (which are evil and must die, cause really, who uses 56/57 in real life anyway?). Simple graphing can be fun, but complicated graphing is not so fun. Too many damn dots.

I actually kind of like messy fraction/decimal problems. redface Well, if I know how to do them and have a calculator, anyway. I can do the calculations by hand, but it's a bit tedious.

Maths is fun because of:
-My Graphic Calculator (I'm so gonna download some games (Pacman! Super Mario!) -The fact I'm following maths with two of my old classmates (they're awesome)
Maths is not fun because of:
-The fact it's Maths -The fact I can't concentrate because of my old classmates xD -The classroom
