I've been doing quite a bit of cleaning lately because all my British relatives are coming for a visit. It should be interesting. I'm not sure yet whether I'm looking forward to them getting here.

I'm looking forward to them getting here, Burger!! I want to meet them. How's about you all pile into the car and drive up to visit me for a few days of their visit with you?
And don't forget to say hi to them all for me. And show them my picture so they know who I am. smile

Because my mom is obsessive about things being clean and making sure everything is perfect. I also think they might expect me to be around all the time. I've also been asked by a few people if I would take my cousin out to places, but I don't really know of anything to do around here and I'm pretty sure she's not interested in the same things that I am.

---|When we have relatives over, my parents get obsessive about tidiness as well. And we have to be super-considerate. And we usually end up having to share rooms/sleep in the living room because the relatives need a place to sleep.|---

This is the first time I won't have to give up my room for them. Normally I have to but this house s much bigger than the old one and since my brother is being a jackass his room is free too. The only bad thing is that it's adjacent to my room, connected by a bathroom. My cousin will be staying in that room and so unless she strongly objects we'll be sharing a bathroom.

---|We have a big family, so it'd take a big house before we'd not have to give up at least one room for visitors. When we were little, it was okay, but now it's a little awkward because I wouldn't exactly feel comfortable sharing a room with my brothers any more.|---
