I'll try to put this as simply as I can: Moe never gave me his photo but yesterday he ran up to me asking if I framed the picture he gave me.
Is there any way I can still get Moe's picture? Peanut gave me two of her pictures, and Freckles gave my sister three pictures.

I had this issue with Bob and it took me over a year and three new characters to get his picture. What I gathered is that once the animal thinks you have it, they won't give it to that character again, so you'll have to make a new one, try again, then you can delete that character after you get it.
