see...I have been told that during intercourse that you stick the p***s in the v****a and the sperm fertilize the egg....well how do the sperm get to the egg if they are still inside the p***s? how do they come out?

During sexual intercourse, the p***s is stimulated to the point of ejaculation.
That releases the sperm.

Small elaboration: the testicles (balls, nuts) create the sperm. The man is sexually aroused, gets an erection and the couple have vaginal intercourse. Depending on the time of month, conception is less or more likely. A woman is (I think) most fertile about 10 days after her last period ends. Anyway, after a little while of stimulation, the male orgasms and the sperm go shooting up through the cervix and into the uterus in a process called ejaculation. Millions of sperm are released at once, and every so often one will make it to the egg.
However, conception may not happen every time you have unprotected sex (the success rate is about 20-30%) but it CAN happen any time you have unprotected sex, and it can still happen any time you have even the most protected sex you could think of. Not trying to scare you or anything, but that's how it works.

As the others have said, the sperm does not stay inside the p***s. Most of it is released in a mixture of fluids called semen during ejaculation, but some of it can be released before ejaculation. That's called pre-ejaculate. That's why the pull out method is not reliable. So protection needs to be used every single time unless you are trying to have a baby.
