Developmental Stages of the Dragon:
Age/Dragon:
0-5 years / wyrmling-hatching
6-15 years / very young
16-25 years / young
26-50 years / juvenile
51-100 years / young adult
101-200 years / adult
201-400 years / mature adult
401-600 years / old
601-800 years / very old
801-1,000 years / ancient
1,001-1,200 years / Wyrm
1,200 + years / Great Wyrm


Dragon Colors:
Come in three categories - Gem, Metallic, Chromatic
These categories also determine hierarchy in dragon societies for where they live. Gems being the royals, Metallics being middle class, and chromatics being low scaled. Although two chromatics can have babies that are from another category. Example: Dagmar and Cloud are chromatics and have a platinum, green, and blue egg. Within the color class are equals in some worlds others may have set a hierarchy within color classes as well.

Dragons and Humans:
It's been known that dragons and humans can get along and become steadfast friends. Some types of human/dragon relationships are: Dragon Riders, Dragon Bounds, half dragon etc.
Dragon Riders are people who a dragon has hatched for and for a reason. They build a strong bond for life and they are joined by mind and life.
Dragon Bounds are people who have the dragons ability to fly, the dragons no longer can fly unless they bind a human to them and regain it.
Half Dragon are people who have the ability to become a dragon. They live in two worlds.
