It hasn't actually said that Tobi isn't Obito. I don't actually want him to be (because that would ruin the image of Obito in my head, the original image of Tobi having already been ruined T__T), and I don't really think that he is, but I'm reserving judgment until we know for sure.

o.O When? It never actually called him Uchiha Madara. They were just talking about Uchiha Madara. It does show Tobi after that, which lends evidence to that theory, though. But I've always been rooting for Tobi to be Madara, mostly because I think it would ruin Obito for me if he was Tobi. But they haven't actually said, "Tobi is Uchiha Madara." All we know from the manga chapters is that it's possible Madara was still alive at the time that the Kyuubi attacked, and that Tobi has power equal to Madara's. Which is a lot of evidence, in my opinion, but still not proof.

well....either way hes some uchiha.......
