Description:Literally what the name says. makes the ground under the target area slide and move in a specific direction.

Ki: 4 (atleast 4 needed)
Description: Technically this isn't meant to be a ki release nor was it intended to use ki but there is usually a certain trigger that sets this off. (gets to mad, gets to wounded, must state condition for activation and can't be activated at will)This is an instinct that arises in certain people that they Have No Control Over the body uses it's remaining energy to amplify all physical abilities by the amount of remainning Ki (last 5 post)

Info: A Water serpent and an Ice serpent are created out of each hand. The serpents can stretch infinitely and have two skills each, other then that the Ice one has spikes to cut while attacking. The water serpent can absorb weapon impacts and elemental impacts except fire and lightning. The ice serpent can guard against fire and lightning but its main purpose is to attack. It can change into a spear for piercing attacks or grow out the spikes for shaving, and slicing effects.
Name: Icy revenge
Element: Ice
A/S/H: Attack
Level: B
Ki: 30
Info: Covers the user’s entire body in ice to A. stop bleeding and B. for protection against attacks. Not durable against fire and strong attacks.

Seems to me that this would be more of a tech then a ki release.
