So, I had a ticket to see RENT on September 6th. It was AMAZING BTW! But that's not what this is about. My mom and I had just gotten to the Nederlander at like 4 PM. I was reading the sign for the rush tickets, and my mom says "Oh Mi god, Ali! Turn around! Is that who I think it is?!?" I turn around, and there, not 10 feet from me, is Anthony Rapp walking into the front door of the Nederlander. Of course, by the time it sinks into my brain, he's through the door and I can't whip out my handy dandy camera. emo
But wait! There's more!
My mom decided she was going to sign up for the raffle (She didn't get a tic, so I bought her one. Again, not what this is about...) As we're standing in line, Anthony walks out and heads into the McDonalds across the street. I didn't want to be the creepy stalker chick who followed him...
But wait, there's STILL more!
It's 7:00 and my mom and I are sitting on the steps in front of the portraits. I'm in the middle of an impromptu performance of Age of Aquarius, and along walks Anthony, chatting with another cast member, not but 3 feet from me. He gave me this adorable *raisedeyebrowsmirk* look! Alas, once again, I'm incompetant and can't get my camera out in time...
I thought I was going to die of happiness! burning_eyes

aaw! I didn't get nearly that many sightings when i went to rent a few days ago stare but I did get stuff signed and I got to give anthony my rent art! so that was pretty cool. He has these fences when he comes out to sign stuff so that he doesn't get attacked by the crazy fangirls. they kept having to move the fences around so that he could get directly to the door of his car without going through the croud.

That's awesome.
Kinda like how Kelly O'Hara is an alum of my school and she just... walked right by me in the music building on Friday. I was like "...that's Kelly O'Hara..." She was appernelty doing a master class -shrug-
