I am so ridiculously sick of girls & women attacking each other.
But most of all, for attacking womens' sexuality.
Because apparently abortion should be illegal because "they can't keep their legs closed!"
And Paris Hilton "should be killed because she's a slut."
And teenage mothers being attacked for daring to have sex.
Seriously, I am so tired of women being attacked for daring to have sex or wear "revealing clothes."
I like clothes that highlight my cleavage. I like sex. I have safe sex. Is there really so horribly wrong that women actually like sex or feel comfortable enough with their bodies to wear "revealing clothes?"
God, I just wish people would STFU sometimes.

I have to agree. I love to wear tank tops and tube tops, even in winter time. And I get called a slut for it, since I'm apparently revealing too much skin.

neutral Um. Okay, ******** you then. I'm not revealing too much. My boobs aren't hanging out of my top. I'm wearing a bra underneath, and since I'm not too happy with my legs, I wear pants anyway, so it's not like I'm revealing everything.

I think people should shut their mouths.

I hear you calling and it's needles and pins
I want to hurt you just to hear you screaming my name

People don't like cleavage hanging all over the place, but hey, it got their attention, didn't it? And generally, that's why I do it. XD It entertains me to see the twisted logic behind some of these arguments.

Just because you're doing something that is socially taboo, doesn't make it wrong.

I agree. I don't think it's wrong that women like sex or wear revealing clothes, but I don't like it when women or girls have their boobs almost hanging out of their tops. I mean, I don't have to see that. >.>; Cleavage can be pretty, but sometimes it's not.

yes, i agree. >___<
my friends keep having a go at me for wearing 'revealing clothes' (i wore a tank top, and it's not that revealing at all. my boobs are not showing. .__. ) and i'm comfortable in it, and it really isn't that revealing, which really annoys me. >:C
everytime i want to wear something like that they almost tell me off.

i think with the teenage mother thing, it's not good if you can't look after your baby (with like, school and stuff). but if they are a good parent, then i don't see the problem. xP

Paris Hilton should die because she's a horrible role model to young girls, a crack head, AND a slut.

I don't really care about what other people wear, i'd just rather not have to look at everyone's tits. Some people really can't pull it off, and THOSE are the people that shouldn't dress that way. As for the other people, if you've got it, flaunt it, i suppose.

Teenage mothers, on the other hand, are an entirely different story. People in high school are not NEARLY mature and responsible enough to be having children. It ******** up your life. It ******** up the kid's life. It's not a good situation. They're not being attacked for "daring" to have sex, they're being attacked for being irresponsible, a position which i greatly agree with. Any idiot with a v****a can have sex and get pregnant, but it takes a lot more to raise a happy, healthy child, and that's something a lot of teenagers don't have. I'm not saying this goes for everyone, there are exceptions to everything, but that's the reason people look down on teenage mothers, because most of them have no damn clue how to raise a child, and therefore have no business having one.

It's because of American Society.
Whether they're free to admit it or not,
they are SUCH prudes when it comes to sex.
So they manipulate the rest of us, or most of us,
into thinking it's horrible.
That's what I think anyways.

@toxicvalentine
I TOTALLY love the quote at the end of your post.
Awesomely rad song.

That's a HUGE generalization to say. I have great friends who are amazing mothers - and teens. It doesn't unnecessarily ******** up the mother's life or their child's.

(This is going to sound arrogant no matter how I say it.)

If a young women buys a shirt that lets her boobs hang out, she should be smart enough to know that other women/girls are going to call them a slut. It's not good, but that's life.

As for teenage mothers... I think they should SERIOUSLY think it threw. Over and over again. And have a decent money situation. It drastically changes everyone around you's life.

If the girl wants to have sex, she should be able to. But she has to be willing to deal with the pros and cons. As mean as it sounds, if she forgets to make the guy wear a condom, that's her problem.

Paris shouldn't be killed, just sent somewhere to be taught. Seriously. She's (As much as I hate to say it) a role model for little girls. And what does she do? Goes to get smashed at a party, DUI's, and really isn't all to intelligent. I dislike that she's famous because of 'Daddy'. She really hasn't done anything worth while.

Goths shouldn't wear gothic clothes because everyone will think they're a psycho.
Preps shouldn't wear preppy clothes because people will think they're a snob.
Emos shouldn't wear emo clothes because people will think they're whiny assholes.
We shouldn't shrug off generalizations and stereotypes, we should be working to end them.

No, men need to step up and take responsibility for using or not using protection.

People aren't perfect. It's her life, she's an adult, and she can do whatever she likes with her life or body. Because she's famous and a "role model" doesn't mean she's required to act like a "role model." If anybody is to blame, it's the media for publicizing her personal life.

Like many of you, I enjoy wearing low-cut tank tops. I never wear anything where I'm going to like... fall out of it at any minute, but I'm not above showing off a decent amount of cleavage, either. I don't see anything wrong with that, and god help the person who ever says anything about it to me to my face... I don't see why people have to go off on each other just for clothing.

I feel bad for teenage mothers, even the ones who are able to handle it on a mature level (unless they purposely got pregnant, in which case if they can handle it, all the power to them). It must be hard to suddenly have your life change one day, and the negative view of society doesn't help. No matter how amazing of a mother you are, it's got to be painful having some of your dreams go up in smoke... That's one of the reasons why I am pro-choice, because everyone deserves a second chance... even if the reason why you need a second chance is because you got drunk.

The media sucks. Give people decent role models, god... Then again, no one is perfect, sadly. If Paris wants to ******** up her life, it's really her choice. I just wish the media wouldn't publicize it so much. This is why you don't become a celebrity... People start expecting you to act a certain way (i.e., like a role model) and get pissed when you don't.

Um, I'm going to add on to my previous statement. XD (Because I can't shut up.) ^^

As I said before, I like to wear the revealing tops because it gets people's attention. On days when I don't want to be noticed I wear sweaters and crap and trust me, this works. I like my boobs. It's the only part of my body I'm really comfortable with, and if I can direct attention to that other then the rest of me, I'm happy.

Teenage moms- eh... I think for the most part, they don't think about the consequences, but when you're caught in the "moment" most adults don't either. (I'm living proof, lol.) Their hormones run just as high as anyone else's. (More so.) We can't expect them to make adult decisions because they're kids. We can't talk down to them because they made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes.

Of course, I did know a 15-year old in highschool with five kids... But she had her mother's permission to have them, and so far as I know, everything was financially stable. So everyone's situation is different.

Paris Hilton doesn't need to die. I DO think she needs a reality check. She's an adult now, and she needs to learn that she's going to be held accountable for her actions, and there's nothing her parents (or grandparents) can say in the matter anymore.

On a side note, I do feel for that girl. I think people expect waaay too much from her. She's made a lot of mistakes in her life already, and she's still young. Just like people are still talking about Lizzie Borden, you know? This is going to follow her around forever.

As for premarital sex, I don't see what's wrong with it. You have to test the waters, you know? As long as the person exercises caution. I think you should know the person a little better then the first date. I mean, there is a LOT of new STDs running rampant out there. Chlamydia is a big one out where I live. There's no way to tell for sure about who's got what, but I think that's why you should get to know the person.

The Labels Issue:
People are going to be labeled no matter what. People see that I'm blonde, and think I'm stupid. They see my hair is three differant colors, they think I'm a freak. My glasses are thick rimmed, I must be emo.

And I don't care. Don't let the steryotypes get to you. That's what the person wants; to mess with your head. There's always going to be some kid, somewhere, that's going to call someone a 'slut'.

The Sex Issue:
Let's face it, a lot of men are pigs. And a lot 'Don't need a condom' in their minds. Some just want to 'Beat that peice of meat' (I can't believe I said that.). But if the girl still wants that guy, she should make him wear a condom if she doesn't want to get preggers.

Overall, I think both the girl and boy, should step up and take responsibilty.

The Paris Issue:
Yea, you got me there. But I don't think it's the media's fault, it's their job. I think this issue lies with the parents letting their children watch her 'n stuff.

I honestly see nothing wrong with having sex or wearing revealing clothes.

If you want to have sex, that's fine. Just be safe about it, if you don't want children or STDs. And I must say that if someone does get pregnant because they didn't have safe sex, it's both people's faults.

And if you want to where revealing clothes because you're comfortable with your breasts, that's fine with me.

What I DO have a problem with is when a girl says to herself "I'm going to wear a see-through shirt and no bra today because I want to get laid by six different men!"
