Kakashi and Iruka.
I mean, all they ever did was ARGUE and HATE each other! They NEVER made up for it! The only time they smiled at each other was when they were talking about Naruto. And at least Obito and Kakashi made up for their arguing.
I mean, Obito basically made up for it with his life.
I have more, but... don't have the time to list and complain about them XD
