no. unless you make it yourself.
you can buy stuff for under 100 but it'll be gross and itchy and of poor quality. :[

I would suggest getting a pattern or creating one with your measurnments. What does it matter that the material sucks? Just as long as it looks proper and it is sewed well. that is the key! sewing. I'd say knit a dress kekeke. That would be interesting.. with a petticoat on the under side. <3

How often do you plan on wearing these outfits? I wouldn't think the store purchased dresses would hold up that long unless your super careful as well as the handmade unless you make it to your specs. That's the beauty of making your own things. It's cheaper and it's up to your specs.

It really depends on what you want to get but there are Lolita dresses available from the fashion line "BodyLine." The only problem with that is that I think you can only purchase online through a Japanese bank account, and thus they only provide through Japan right now. You can take a look at their stuff by googling their site. It's all in Japanese though. exclaim
