z3ph freespiritedfool Ni-wong!...nope just doesn't have the same effect If you listen to the pronounciation in the film it's more of a "NIIIIIIIwong" with a very outstretched "Ni". Of course there is also "Peng", another of their sacred words. And then later on they become the nights of "Ecki-Ecki-Ecki-PTANG-Zoop-Boing-Hzbzbhz*mumble* xd " Its PKANG not Ptang or what ever i watched ot with the subtitles on (i love dvd's)

I recently spent some tim in france with a foreign exchange program. When we got there, my friend, Nicholas, was given the nickname "Ni". At the end of the trip he asked what it meant. Their explanation was that it was the ecuivalent of the american word "F***"

I don't think "Ni" had any lingual meaning in the movie.

Seripha In German if spelt "nie" it means "never". So they could be the knights that say "NEVER!" I wouldn't put it past those python boys for it to mean something sly, they were a bunch of intellegent fellows - or it could jsut be babble talk. i think in there funny minds they made it up.

LadyoftheNight7 Others who have gone to my thread say that Ni is really a subsitue for the word which they, the knights of ni can not say. rofl xd I think thats what (the word) is, scince Ni is in backward and in is just one letter away from being (the word). they use Ni because (the word) is a substitute of the word they cannot say and they want (the word) to strike fear in the hearts of all... just my guess. ninja
