I thought I'd start a column to get this section going. It's for whining. Simple as that. Rant, whine, yell, say whatever you want as long as it doesn't break the rules. If you wan't something posted here in the weekly edition, Message me!
You know what REALLY grinds my gears? #01
You know what really grinds my gears? How some sports take over different sports channels. Take Golfing. I know it might be fun for someone, but why don't they just start their own god damn channel with nothing but golf 24/7? Senior golf, junior golf, whatever goes, just don't take away the precious football, baseball and racing!
Woods is getting ready to swing. Here he go- oh no, wait, that was just a test. Here it is. *SMACK* What a FABOLOUS shot. The white ball is flying through the air and landing right on the green. You can TOUCH the tension right now.
Another one of those sports is Tennis. It's HORRIBLE. The only thing I find entertaining is watching the spectators during a match. You can see their expressionless faces bouncing back and forth following the ball. THAT'S entertainment. But even THAT gets boring after one minute sixteen seconds. I guess it's fun to play, but it's really horrible to watch.
So remove those damn dull shows, replace them with racing, skating, BMX, FMX, football, baseball, soccer, ANYTHING, as long as it's not THAT!

Margem's Pet-peeves #01
I hate the way some people drive. Speed limit: 70. "How fast should I go? Faster than everyone else. How about 78?" I don't think so!
Where are the cops to break down on speeding? It's annoying because if some people are going far faster than speed limit, then the number of crashes per year makes sense! Reaction time goes way down the higher the speed is. So if the speed limit is supposed to be 70 and they're going 78, then they have a higher risk of crashing, thanks to their own fast-pace behavior.
If I'm going 51 in a 50 mph area, then why are there people going passed me at 57 or 60? I just don't understand. "I have to be first," think some people. I don't think so, unless you want to be dead first. Have fun with that.

I was talking to Dunk about driving and stuff like that, so I have to post HIS opinion, more or less.

I hate how some people drive too slow!!! Speed limit: 70. "How fast? How about 55?" >.>
I think that people should go speed limit, at least. As for Dunk, he said that he loves to urge people to speed up and pass others.
As for myself, I don't understand why some people are content with driving less than speed limit. It's as much of a risk as those who are speeding far higher than speed limit.
Also, I know that older folk have slower reaction times, but why be on the freeway going 60 in a 70 mph? It's safer for your reaction time, elder, but not for the faster cars coming up behind you.

So I'm gonna give Margem a smack in the face and counter her with a complaint of the opposite thing.
People driving so FRIGGEN slow in the left lanes, and people driving seven km/h under the speed limit. It's ANNOYING. Nothing works! Honking, no reaction, blinking with lights, no reaction. And when you FINALLY get to drive past them, it's either an old person or a chick. No s**t.
Personally, I try to get my parents to drive a little over the limit. It's more fun to pass the other cars than to be passed by them.
So if your one of those that drive UNDER the speed limit.
GO DIE!

What REALLY grinds my gears? #4A new week, a new post! Reviewers. At least the one that review the movies in the local newspaper. I hate him. He thinks he knows EVERTHING about all movies just because he went on imdb.com and found out the plotline. And then he uses synonyms. LOADS of them. I hate it. Words we've never heard of. I bet he sits there at night with his Big Ol' Book of Synonyms, sipping gin and writing movie reviews for the paper. I hate the man. I've even sent multiple emails complaining, and once it seemed to be working. He actually STOPPED using the damn synonyms for a while, but went back to using them. I hate him and everything he stands for. That douchebag...

The messaging system is so messed up! I miss the mass-mails, even though we had to sift through the spam PMs. This lack of mass-mails makes it difficult to get the messages out to the members that the guild is being re-activated.
They should make a way to be able to send out a guild PM to all the members, seriously!

I hate it when I want attention and I can't get any because someone's either chatting with a friend or focused on something else. I just want a few minutes, to get a reaction on something or an opinion. Is it so hard to read something for a few minutes or to say "yeh, that looks good" or say "I'll call you up tonight" about it?!
I may be selfish when I feel this way but why... I try to be kind and sweet enough but lack of attention just makes me want to lash out at people or things. Which I do... >.>

Annoying little girls that I've never spoken to, but tries to come on to me.
I'm a member of a small Norwegian community, and I don't wanna brag, but the people there like me. So I decided that to save myself, I'd hide my MSN. Still, there's the PM system on the forum, that gets filled up every day while I'm at school. I have to clean it out once a week, often two times. And they're all real short messages with horrible grammar and stupid questions.
But there are those that manage to get my MSn after all. I have no idea how. Just now, I had a girl who started talking to me. First question:
"Do u have a gf?"
I answer, yes, I do, and I love her very much.
SO instead of answering with a "Oh, good for you smile " or something like that, she instantly sends me a picture of herself and says "I'm hott, wanna go out wid me?"
It's annoying, creepy and disgustingly weird. And it REALLY grinds my gears.

I'm asking you, what's the POINT in having summer if it's raining all the time!?
I think the summer vacation should be a floating vacation. Like, if it's raining, you go back to school for a week, and the have a holiday again when the sun's back. That'd be so much better.
Though, it wouldn't work. People travel during the summertime. It's ok. I can survive with that.
What REALLY grinds my gear however, is this:
It's summer VACATION. Which means I don't have school for another two months! So why do they have to start digging in the streets right outside my window, and going on EVERY DAY for two weeks, starting at 9 am!?

I am very much annoyed when I set everything up to, ideally, get the guild moving and yet I'm the ONLY one posting anything in the guild. If I ask for 4 posts and provide 3 posible posts, why the heck is no one posting? There are also other things that people can post in, like "What is your favorite class subject?".
Seriously, I have put in the effort. Now where might people be?? (Especially crew members.)

Time for another blog of "What REALLY Grinds My Gears?"!
Jamba. Ever heard of it? It pisses me off. It's a company selling things for cellphones. Everything from music to games and themes.
MTV used to run them during the evenings, but moved them up to doing it all the time, at every chance they have. And they are so GOD DANG annoying! Stupidest voice every, saying "How about your own baby, on you cell phone?"
"The naked peeker, of course it's fake, but funny!"
And oh my god they're annoying! Who buys these things anyways?
And then one of our Norwegian channels started doing it. Not much at all, but it's still annoying. As if MTV wasn't enough.
Of course it's not just Jamba. Other companies joined in after a while. They're just as annoying.
And expensive! If you buy one, you sign up for a 60 NOK a month subscription that lasts until you cancel it. And it's in little writing. Usualy for such a short period that it's impossible to read.

I HATE how the world is trying so much to be modernized and requiring computers! Of my 5 classes, FIVE classes require some sort of online participation (3 of them especially). My sister (who's only in 7th grade this year) has to do her tests online and my parents are supposed to check up on her grades via the Internet. From a person that has dial-up, this sucks ubber time. I mean... come on!
And, to top it all off, my laptop (of 3.5 years) has been "out of date" for at LEAST 2 years and is NOW started to die. The battery's going, the disc drive is kaput, the processing speed is at 5 MPH when I need it to be faster, and the internal microphone has been dead for at least 1.5 years. Try buying a new computer? At $1200 minimum? While being a college student? I'm screwed. Thanks, modernized computer world. stare

I am doing my hardest to get this guild moving but, even though we almost tripled over the Halloween event, I can't get anyone to do anything. I concede that we did get a few people to start threads (chat or Role-playing) but when I ask to get something voted on to change the guild, very few respond! What the heck do I have to do to get people moving? Must I find an online fire that I can put under people's butts to get them moving and becoming active? >.> I thought that the dang 10k contest would be enough but... no.
One second: scream I CAN'T KEEP THIS GUILD UPDATED AND RUNNING/AWESOME WITHOUT HELP!!!!!!
MaverickShin's right when he said "Margem's a little stressed out as of late, so she can get testy." Guess what? This is the reason why!

Been a while! Nice to see you all!
I hate it when young ones try to act grown-up. And I'm not talking about the really young ones stealing their mothers' make-up and such, I'm talking abour 14 or 13 year olds who seem to think that they have more life experience than you, a 16 year old.
They act like they know everything right and everything wrong, and seem to know exactly what your intentions are, and exactly what you are thinking. How they got that in their stupid little heads, that, I can not understand.
Another thing I'm annoyed about is the younger kids in general. 13-year olds. It's horrible. Where I come from, Storhaug, we have a reputation. We're called the "Gangster Capital" of Rogaland, the country Stavanger is in. Stavanger is a city, Rogaland is a county, and Storhaug is... inside of Stavanger. Or something.
ANYWAYS
For years, YEARS, Storhaug has had this reputation. Lots of shady kids come from storhaug, and it's unsafe to walk outside during nights. Especially weekends. But for some reason, the kids here have started stealing the style that they use in the more hated areas. They dress in pink, with their jeans tucked neatly into their socks, and they act big and awesome. Everytime I see one of these, I feel like shaking them and screaming at them.
It seems like the pride of Storhaug is dying away. Something needs to be done.
I understand if some of you have NO idea what that second section was about, but that's ok, really!
