Found this very sad news on the Ranger forum and Live Journal

crying I havent meet Elva in person but i did get to chat with her on the Ranger chatroom , she was a really nice person to talk with and she always ask me how was Hawaii and she wish she could come and visited Hawaii * cry* My heart and prayers goes out to her family *sniff*

*crying* OMG I think I talked to her, whoa thats depressing. I wish I got to know her. crying Im going to go pray at my family shrine to her now. I wish...oh well what does wishing do. My grievances to the living family members.

wow, i think i talked with her in the risembool chat a few times when i first joined in july. i'm not positive though. RIP and hope you lived your life to the fullest, that's all i have to say.
