The jutsu's translation is One more time again, and what happens is that Tresuna is able to fully heal herself, with no side effects whatsoever. Others cannot learn this because ofthe fact that only wolf demons are able to gather enough chakra to use it.

Bio: Tresuna was born to the Kagehayai's Clan leader. She was strange from birth: Her mother and father both had black wolf ears, and also a tail, but Tresuna was born with only a red tail. Her ears are normal, everyday human ears, an oddity in her clan. When shewas little, she always loved vegetables, such as carrots, more than meat. When she got older, though, that changed only slightly. She eats more meat to please her parents. She enjoys to romp around a lot, such as a wolf pup, but she often looked admiringly at her father's katana. So one day, her father started totrain her to weild a katana, and also other ninja weapons. Soon, she joined the Konohagakure Academy,and was on her way to becoming a Genin, a real qualified ninja. She graduated from the Academy with ease, and soon afterwards, she passed the Chuunin exams. Also soon after that, they saw her potential, and promoted her upto Jounin, which she is still at today, at the age of 15. Being the odd one, she has no desire to move upto ANBU rank, and isvery proud doing whatever the Goddaime Hokage asks of her.
