2.) How do we know that his name is Lazlo?
3.) Why is Eugene so terribly weak?

Not sure about 2 and 3... Sasarai well he IS the bearer of the True Earth rune, just like how Luc was the True Wind rune, since he has the True Earth rune he seems to not age at all. Considering Luc and Sasari are similiar as they came from the same gene pool(forgot exactly... but they came from Hikuusak and are a copy of him) I assume they are about the same age since Viktor I believe called Luc a kid.
Like I said since he is a true rune bearer he doesn't age.. although he should be older then he looks
EDITED a bit too much >.< lol. Oh yeah could someone correct me if I am wrong about Sasarai and Luc, because I do recall Luc and Sasarai talking about where they came from before Luc took the True Earth Rune.

well i think UchihaObito916 has got the Sasarai thing down. and to answer #2 his name came from a novelization the same way as Tir and Riou got theirs i think it was. someone can correct me too if they want but i think thats what i can recall

To add to #3: Because you also need good armor and sharpened weapon. Or story-wise, because he is still a kid who lacks experience.

Well it says in his profile he is a cat boy... I guess he just takes his roleplaying everywhere. At least the meowing is in text form. Travis is really creepy when he meows in No More Heroes...
