As I'm sure you all know, today marks the 6th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on America. Our Communications class led a special prayer at 9:03 this morning (the same time the second plane hit the tower), and I couldn't help but think about all the people all over the country who must still be hurting inside because of what happened.
Being part of a larger school, one with an incredible percentage of students attending from over 200 miles away, brought home to me just how many people this had to have affected.
How many Gaians were part of the tragedy? How many had friends and family members who were involved?
Please pray for peace and healing for those who need it, and for the divine guidance this country so desperately needs in dealing with those responsible for this tragedy.
