i have bork 2 one on my drumset and another in marching snare
in the midle of a UIL marching comp. in a solo. like the drumline wint all the way to the front of the field and we where on the 50. there was a drumline solo then me i had a solo as the rest of the line keep a beat and got in to a really cool form. then about 3/4 the way in my solo i heard craking and i looked over to my percussions teach. and his face like to fall off bc there was a really loud pop and i look down and my head split in 2 and my stick fell thow the head so i throw my one stich i had and mad it like like part of my solo and garbed my back up par. and finished the show with the brok head.
so that was it and for that UIL comp. are drumline got 1st place biggrin
p.s. so you know that was a evens kevlar

Every marching season I go through about 2-3 Snare heads (bottoms included). Last year I broke about every tenor head, some a few times each. Which is why my girlfriend is getting me a quadro VicFirth drum pad for x-mas, its pretty ******** sweet, 6 drums total.
