I'm currently awake at a relatively normal time for me (1:40 am) and I've come back from playing the worst gig I've ever done... nothing big went wrong but lots of little things bugged the hell out of me. Things like a guitar string being slightly out of tune and the levels not being set correctly for our soundcheck. Ooh, and i'm listening to my favourite uplifting song atm a lovely little song I accidentally found when I was looking for ideas for my mage on WoW. it's called "dead puppies"
Anyhoo, that's a little off-topic... meh, it's not like many people will read this, and yes, I know air, you're more than likely going to be the first person reading/replying to this. razz
Yea... well... wierd feelings.
As far as wierd things go this feels so frikking odd...
I'm sitting a metre or so from my monitor and keyboard quite close to everything... but the way I'm seeing everything it's as if they're 20 metres away. As if god just upped the resolution on my eyes from 800x600 to 4000x3000
It's frikking wierd and I can't figure why it's happening. Tbh, I feel like it should be making me feel really really sick but it's not really... I feel like crap anyway, so if this was going to make me sick I would've hurled by now. :O
Ah, it could be because I've been wearing my glasses (I have glasses because I'm slightly short sighted) and they might've played around with my vision somehow, feeling as if I'm miles from everything that I'm actually inches away from.
Oh, and excuse any spelling mistakes, but as I said, it looks as if this screen is miles away and it's the same with the keyboard...

Okay, I just watched a video in full screen... the dead puppies WoW one...
And now my eyes are back to roughly normal vision, but it feels odd, my eyes feel as if they've dragged themselves forwards... which isn't pleasant... but as the same time, it's not that bad. It also feels as if I've been asleep for a while and the sand man's payed me a visit. o.O
Bloody wierd night for my eyes...

Okay this could be one of 2 things. 1. Your high. Was there any smoke at the Gig? Or maybe you drank something suspicious? 2. WoW is playing starting to play tricks on you. If its #1 then i have this album that becomes 10x better when your high (or so I've heard). The album is called: Voyage 34: The complete trip

Did anyone else notice anything off at the gig? If it was just you, then it could have been the same thing that's messing with your eyes?
The eye thing though. I'm kinda thinking it's WoW. Since it's a full screen game. I've had the same feeling after playing Master of Orion. It doesn't help that the text and cursor is larger in that game. When I turn off the game everything seems really small. Then when I go to play RS, everything seems slower or something. Like running and reactions. It pisses me off. rofl
Damn you, Fuji. I was gonna say it was probably 4:20 atmosphere. rofl Duo, are your fingers talking to you?
BTW, that song kicks a**. rofl

Definitely wasn't WoW.
I didn't play WoW until shortly after my vision returned.

Ok, then it was definitely the 4:20. 4:20 could probably explain everything. I just noticed I used the ROFL emote three times in my last post. I usually check and try to use an emote only once. Unless it's a longer post with many emotes. But 100% the same emote 3 times... How'd I not notice that... sweatdrop The emote thing is an compulsion... I must have been really out of it to do that. And it was only 9:25pm at the time. gonk
