i unforunately (AGAINST ALL ODDS) couldn't go to see rachel's last concert with CXS at d-con.

so those of you who did i'd love to hear stories.

but i have one question, is rogue going to take over the violinist duties on stage or will he hire another person to replace rachel on stage?

what are your theories on the future of The Cruxshadows?

I would think they'd hire another violinist. But hey, you never know, right?

thatd be cool to see rogue do it, but i know when they were in detroit rogue said that they did have someone but if theres anyone else who wants to they are welcome to come and do so. it looks open to whomever best fits the role.

yeas as they did with the keyboard opening up about a year or two ago.

it's going to be so akward not seeing rachel up there with them. but i trust rogue's judgement and know that whoever they pick is going to be awesome.

i know that for shows until they find someone that rogue is playing... i wish i could go to a concert and see that!

I will miss her so much, she was alot of fun. I enjoyed talking with her after the shows. I hope to see her again.

That would be amazing to see Rogue play violin....but I think there was some talk on their Myspace about hiring another violinist. It's been awhile, so I'd have to go back and check to see if there were any specifics.

I can't honestly see how it is that Rogue could do the violin and sing since in a lot of their work the violin is going on while he is singing. I think it sucks that Rachael is leaving, it makes me emo, I like her. *sighs* this band goes through so many members...lol... I mean, I suppose it is a testament to Rogue's perseverance that keeps the band going even with members leaving left and right. But I am sure that whoever they pick will be as breathtakingly phenomenal as the rest of the band.

And as that voice was slow receded
Into echoes, memory
My doubts were re-ignited

crying I'm so upset about Rachel leaving the group...

I just found out about this TODAY... and I'm distraught!

Sucks that all of the original members are no more, except Rogue, of course...

It's going to be really STRANGE seeing them this year... >_<

I'm not sure how I feel about it.

they actually hired two johana and david...

ontop of that the hired a new guitarist and dancer since george and sarah left..

val, the guitarist, is really awsome and i tihnk she steals some of rogue's lime light.. XD its funny.

the two violinist... very well done. they work well together especially on the old songs... but its not the same as rachel... she just had a way with the violin that made it haunting....

the new dancer....she doesn't seem to be confident in her moves she's either ahead or behind jessica's timing going by the few preformances i've seen on youtube.
