The shore of Kitsun was quiet, dark. Tenshi-Usa and Siempre were watching the tide roll in and out over the rocks. It was very early in the morning, and the two had decided to spend a little time together as grandmother and granddaughter. Siempre was sitting properly and straight, Tenshi-Usa was trying to sit the same way, but she was only a puff, so she kept tipping over. Instead she finally decided to just lean against her grandma.
"Grandma?" Tenshi-Usa's tiny voice broke the silence.
"Hmmmm?" Siempre turned her gaze to the baby, tilting her head slightly.
"What's that?" She pointed with her tail out toward the water, and Siempre looked out as well. Everything was quiet for a moment, and then, a splash, like a wave hitting a rock, but they knew that there were no rocks there. A new splash, it seemed to be moving.
"Maybe it's a fish?"
"I don't think so, Grandma...."
Siempre smiles at her young descendant. She was definitely taking after her very nicely, and though Siempre pretended not to have favorites, this little girl had a special place in her heart.
There was another splash, and then a tiny yelp. Both kitsu-usas perked their ears, and Siempre's head snapped back to the source of the sound. Her smile was gone now, she was concerned.
"Alright, Tenshi-Usa, you stay. I'm going to go see." The yelp repeated, louder. Tenshi whimpered and nodded, and Siempre dashed off into the ocean, splashing through the tide toward the sounds.
A minute later her barking indicated that she had found the creature, for now they knew that was what it must be. It took longer for Siempre to get back because she was dragged down by her charges, there were in fact two creatures, very small cmpared to Siempre, but larger than Tenshi-Usa.
She set the pair on the sandy beach and lay down beside them. Tenshi-Usa was startled, but the two were breathing.

*all of her kitsu-usas gather in the shop main, on the couches, the stairs, the desk, the footstool. She smiles at all of them happily.*
Hello beauties. *She says this petting the nearest one.* I have discovered that these mysterious creature are just like kitsu-usas, related to all of you. *She smiles, glances at Siempre,* Yes, dear, you helped. So now what do we do with them? *The twins were not yet well enough to talk. They had determined that the pair were a set of brother and sister, rather young, from a place well away from the kitsu islands.*
*Aijin popped up, for she was quite talkative, a born leader* Kiti, I think we need to wait until they can tell us about themselves, and we need to help them back home again. *The others nodded around her, and kiti nodded too.*
I suppose that is the best way to solve the issue. I do wonder how we shall help them home though....
*Aijin smiles warmly* Don't worry kiti, we'll know when the time comes.
*The little female, her green coat now shining and clean from the sponge/tounge bath she had recieved from the mothering kitsus, opened her little pink-hued eyes.* Owwww... *She streached out her weak leg, and then whimpered.*
Hey little one, don't move too much okay? *Kiti said these words softly, and all of the kitsus looked on in curiosity. This was the first time they had heard her voice, which was clear and true.*
Ok *She answered to their surprise* Where am I?
Umm... on an island called Kitsun, in my shop. My name is Kiti, and this is Siempre, she saved you from the water the other day.
Oh, that's right... Where's Kioke?! *Panicing she rolled over to find her brther, whined, but snuggled up to him happily* We were playing on the shore by our palace and then.. we were just swept away when we went into the ocean.. The King was with us... but he didn't save us....
on't worry Kioko, we will get you and your brother home soon. *She pet the baby softly*
Well, what is your name little one? *Kiti spoke in the same soft tones, calming her*
My name is Kioko.... I miss my Mommy... how do i get home?? *She started crying softly*

*Siempre grins* Yes, I was just going to get a damp towel to keep them cool. Tenshi-Usa and I found them out in the ocean, we don't know much about them yet. They aren't kitsu-usas but they are related. Hang on... *she rushes out and returns with a damp towel in her mouth*
Come on! *She exits up the stairway, headed to Kiti's room.
*Kelli goes to follow, then decides to wait for everyone else*
*All three start to follow beside Kelli*
*Kelli flutters up the starirs behind them, they enter the large room to find at least two dozen creatures scattered about. On the bed was Eternity, Siempre's mate, and two small lean creatures, eyes half open. Siempre joined her mate on the bed, covered the young creatures with the towel.
*Kelli, points around the room* That's Eternity, and there's Aijin, Chuujen, Lieben, Shon, Nushi, Dipi, my mommy Pixi......
*Ginny's eyes grew big* So many of you.
*Sabrina flew over the bed* Are they ok?
*Gaudior smiled and walked into the room* Nice family.
They will be fine. We're planning a trip to take them home as soon as they are well enough... they live on an island far away from here. We just need to decide who goes....
*Sabrina sighs and nods* That's good. They just look so helpless.
*Ginny goes over to the bed and watches the twins*
*Gaudior follows* They look a little different.
Yeah, the little boy has more black spots than his sister, and his eyes are blue, while hers are pink. And they are pretty helpless right now...
*Gaudior looks at how small they are* Can we give them something to eat?
yeah i guess they proly are hungry... they seem to like fruit, so thats what we've been feeding them. *Sie goes to get a basket of apricots, sets it down*
Hello *said the little female, staring up at Gaudior*
*Gaudior smiles down at her* Hello, Little One. How are you feeling?
I... I'm feeling fine. Everyone's making a plan to find our home soon!
*Siempre nodded* I'm going, and the puff Tenshi-Usa, my granddaughter, and the unicorn Meriamne, but so far that's all.
Gaudior: If I can be of some help in some way.
Sabrina and Ginny at the same time: Me too.
well... If you want to go.... We don't have anyone who can fly yet except Tenshi-Usa, but she will probably be growing out of her wings before the end of the journey. *Sie shrugs* Not neccessary though, we culd figure it out...
*Gaudior lands lightly beside the bed* Well if you did have a flier with you, he or she could be your look out on the trip.
*She nods* Yes a flier would make a good lookout, or a messenger. Fliers are always helpful.
*Kioko, the female puppy, smiled weakly*
*Gaudior smiled back at Kioko* Can I feed her?
*Sabrina watched the little ones with concern.*
*Sie nods* sure you can.
*Gaudior lightly moves onto the bed and takes chunks out of a fruit and leans closer to Kioko.* Here, Little One. We need to get you stronger before your journey.
*The little green and black girl ate the offered chunks gratefully* Thank-you, i know. I think i will like this journey with all of you going....
*Gaudior smiles and offers her another chunk* It will be an honor.
*The little male rolls over, opening his eyes* g'morning everyone...
Well, now that you're awake, i have to go talk to Kiti about a ship to get you back home. *Sie licks him carefully on the head*
*Sie wanders to Serina* We're going on a journey, would you like to go wih us, Serina? *she smiles playfully* it would kill the boredom.
ok sure why not but were did my litte one's get off to. she said as talk's abotu her pet's form this shop.
*Kiti smiles* hey Sie, hey Seri, i don't know where they went off to. So you're going now, too? So now its Sie, Tenshi, Meri, Gaudior, and he first human, Serina-love. Perhaps i should send Sasha as well?
maybe so beside's i mighty forget something like i normely do once in a wile.
*Sie looks up at Kiti* We should really get to work on that ship, Kiti. We need to start that early to make sure it happens correctly. Both twins are doing fine.
Alright guys.... Seri, who do you plan on taking? I need to know how big to make the sleeping quarters on the ship. I just realized that I think I will send Lady as well, since she swims. I think she'll love this adventure.

*Kioko and Kioke wander out into the hall, and Sie helps them down the stairs*
Look who's up and walking!
Hey, morning guys!
*Gaudior and Sabrina glide down the steps after them. Ginny walks timidly behind them.*
*Tenshi, Kelli, and the other puffs follow after them*
So now, how many are going?
I am!
Me too! *Tenshi-Usa is very excited about the trip*
And me. *Meriamne speaks up for the first time in a long time*
And me too! *Lady of the Lake yells from the bedroom*
And us!! *the twins yell happily in unison*
Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny: And us.
*Kiti nods* Plus Serina and her pets... Good, I'm going to go work on the ship, if anyone needs me... there is a portal to Kitsun in my office.
*Gaudior nods*
*Sie nods as kiti enters her office and dissappears*
Alright! We need to get ready too! What do you guys like to eat? *She looks at Neko's three, questioningly*
*Ginny replies* Mainly Fruit.
Us too! Let's go outside, there are lots of fruit trees in the backyard.... Peaches and apples and oranges.... apricots, plums.... *Tenshi giggles*
*Meri looks around* I don't eat... i only drink milk and tea...
Ginny: Then we will find some tea leaves.
Sabrina: Lead on.
Gaudior: We are at your service.
*Tenshi leads the way outside to the backyard, to the big magical fruit orchard. Sie and Meri bring baskets to gather fruit in, the twins pad along sniffing around*
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny follow.*
Ginny: So many trees.
Yep! lots of trees... *Tenshi flies up to the top and starts tapping off peaches and oranges, while Siempre ran around catching them. Soon Kirinashi and Eisei had joined the group, helping to catch the fruit*
Ginny: I'll search for Tea Leaves. *She starts to go.*
Sabrina: Wait. You'll need this. *slings a bag over Ginny's back and shoulder*
Gaudior: We will help collect our food.
*Meri rushes after Ginny, happily* The best ones are always over here... Come on!
*Ginny runs after Meri.*
*Sabrina starts catching fruit as Gaudior flies up to help Tenshi get the fruit off the tree*
*Lieben and Shon the dragons join the party, but they keep accidentally roasting the fruit as they send it down*
*As Kirinashi eats a roasted peach from the grass she says,* I think you guys need to bring a dragon... Why can't you two go?
*Sabrina watches the dragons with timidity*
Thank-you for helping me, Ginny! *Meri smiles*
Ginny: You are welcome.
Shon: We can't go because Lieben is gaurding her eggs... still.
Eisei: Maybe you could just bring the eggs?
serina i am going to go try to get some fish that is if any want's to eat some and i brought some. other thing's we could eat i all way's bring a lot of non pirshble food. she said to the other's.
dream:run's around sungg;e's seiran's leg.
Sabrina: it will be hard to transport eggs. a lot can happen to them.
Lieben: Yes it would... *she glares at her best friend Shon*
I think we have enough fruit now... We'll see you guys when you come inside! *they wave to Meri and Ginny*
*Ginny nods and picks as many tea leaves as her bag can hold*
*Meri laughs, leading the way back to the shop*
*Inside, Siempre is sprinkling a magical preservative over the fruit baskets. Eisei and Kiri are gathering fresh water and milk into barrel-sized thermoses*
*Ginny smiles and follows*
Gaudior: I think we are about ready.
Siempre: I think so too! We should go see Kiti and tell her.
Kioko & Kioke: Yeah! Come on!
*Sie leads the way to the office and throught the portal, followed by her two daughters, her granddaughter, the dragons, and the unicorn, who gestures to the two angelics and the puppy*
*Neko's three follow the group.*
*They all emerge into the cave where the whole family stays when they're in Kitsun. Lieben trnsforms from her tiny pocket form to her full sized monster form. Hop on! All the non-fliers cliamber onto the dragon's back and she swoops down to the sea where Kiti is stading before a great ship, drgon head in the front, tail in the back, giant clawed feet on the sides, the sails formed gaint dragon wings. *

*Gaudior and Sabrina both fly after the dragon as Ginny climbs on the back of Lieben*
Gaudior: I would love to.
*The rest nod in agreement with Gaudior, and Kiti leads them on board the massive ship. The deck was wide and spacious, She showed them to the cabin, big enough for all of them plus more to sleep and play. There were bunks and hammocks and a little nest ("Just in case," Kiti said, eyeing Lieben). Under the deck was a huge space for food and supplies of all kinds*
*Ginny's eyes widen for the second time this day.* So big.
Gaudior: It is a fine ship.
Sabrina: This will definately be a interesting trip.
*Sie's eyes went wide too* Yeah it is big. We got everything else ready, as far as we know... We have food, and water. And tea!
*Meri giggles*
Then it sounds like you're ready. We have to wait for Seri and her pets, but other than that... would you like to stay here until she's ready?
*Sie nods* I would.
*Ginny smiles*
Well, I'll go get the food and Lady... and Sasha. - kiti
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny say in unison* Do you need help?
*Kiti disappeared, and minutes later, reappeared with Lady's tank beside her* The food is below the deck, and Sasha is on her way. Now I will show you where you will sleep, pretty one. *The tank had wheels on the bottom, and Kiti wheeled it downstairs to a little bubble of water inside the ship that could open up to the water beyond, which you could see clearly from where they stood at the edge of the smallish pool*
Nope, you three, everything is fine. - kiti
Ginny: Ok.
*Sabrina flew up to the tank*
*Lady pressed her front paw to the glass and giggled, which carried lightly though the glass and water. Kiti laughed, as the tiny dragons took a dive into the little pool*
Are you two sure you won't be going? *They shrugged* Well, here goes! *kiti tipped Lady's tank into the pool, which overflowed, wetting everyone's paws and feet* Oh! Sorry, everyone!!
*Sabrina who was too close to the tank and the pool got completely splashed and soaked.*
Oh! I'm sorry Sabrina!! *The dragons just snicker frm the water*
*Sabrina shakes of the water* It's ok.
So... I wonder where Serina went off to...
Neko: I haven't seen her.
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny come over to Neko*

*Kioko and Kioke are lying down in a bunk on the ship's cabin, waiting for the rest to be ready for the voyage to begin*
*Siempre, too is on a bunk, with little Tenshi-usa cuddled next to her*
*Sabrina and Ginny go down to the gally to make sure they have everything they need*
*Gaudior goes up to the helm to see what he can help with up there.*
*Meriamne tags along behind Sabrina and Ginny, In the gally they find tons of crates and boxes, more than they can remember packing. Meri is amazed*
*Kiti meets Gaudior on the way up* Are you three ready to go? Did you say goobye to Neko yet?
*Sabrina's eyes grow wide with wonder* Did we pack this much?
*Gaudior looks up at Kiti in surprise* I don't think we did. *turns around and races down to the gally. Calling on the way* Sabrina! Ginny!
*Ginny jumps hearing her name.* Excuse us a second will you, Meriamne.
*Sabrina and Ginny meet Gaudior on the stairs*
*Gaudior gasps* We forgot to say goodbye to Neko.
*Neko is standing on the dock wondering where little ones are*
*kiti smiles softly as she enters the cabin, looking toward her little girl, Siempre* Sie has never been away from her for more than a night before, unless you count the week she stayed under her bed nursing her last puffs* I will miss you, little girl... *she hugs her softly, and Siempre barks* It'll be ok kiti, you can always hear my thoughts. *Sie licks her cheek fondly* Say goodbye to Eternity for me.
*Kiti scoops up the little puff, Tenshi-usa, and covers her in kisses* You, have good adventures little one. and you'd better be bigger next time i see you!
*Down below, Kiti finds little Lady of the Lake* Hey baby girl... I'm sorry James isn't here to say goodbye but you know we both love you dearly. I will miss you, Lady... I hope you have lots of fun. *she scoops her out of the water for a moment and kisses her on the head* Bye, Little.
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny come barreling out of the hold and up on deck. They race toward Neko.*
*Neko opens her arms to welcome them into a hug* I will miss my little ones.
*Gaudior nuzzles Neko's cheek* We shall miss you too.
*Ginny purrss in Neko's ear* You are never very far from us.
*Sabrina nuzzles Neko's nose* You are always in our hearts.
*Neko hugs them close* As you are in mine. You keep eachother safe. And look out for everyone else too. Be safe, my little ones. *She gives them all one more hug and lets them go*
*Meri meets kiti on the way up, And nuzzles her.* I'll miss you, kiti. See you soon though!
Keep everyone safe, please Meri? I love you, i know i can trust you. Have fun, love.
*As Kiti walks out onto the deck she finds first the twins, who she cuddles and asks to promise they'll visit, which they do, and sets them back down. As they dash off to find they're temporary mommy, Siempre, kiti finds Eisei emerging from the cabin.* What are you doing, Eisei, you aren't going, are you?
No, Kiti, I just had to say goodbye to Mom and my daughter, Tenshi-Usa.
*They walked back to the dock together to meet Neko*
A small group has gathered on the dock, including Kiti, Lieben and Schon the dragons, Eisei and her sister Kirinashi, and Aijin, second in command in kiti's little family group, bested only by Siempre.
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny go back on deck and stand at the railing*
*Neko with a tear in her eye waves. and mouthes* Be good and safe.
Goodbye, everyone!! *kiti waves to her babies, now all gathered on the deck with neko's*
*Lieben starts zooming bacward and forward, spazing out as the ship slowly pully away from the dock. Schon is concerned, then suddenly she is spazzing as well.* Guys, if you want to go, go! You can take your eggs, Lieben.
*Her partner glances at her, inquiring. Then, Lieben winked out. Schon was gone an instant later. Moments later they were both back, each clutching one of the several chicken eggs. Then they were gone again. Kiti got an in-mind visual, the nest in the boat, eggs dropping, nest in the house, eggs up again, eggs on the boat, home, boat, all so quick she could hardly tell which nest was which. Soon both little dragons were flying above the ship, then suddenly, they were back at kiti's side again. She was kissed on the cheek by both dragons, one on each side, and they were gone again. *
Now you can always come home, my beauties, the dragons can always come home, and you with them if you wish!!
*Saphira hugs Neko quickly and flies out to kiss Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny goodbye on the cheek* Be safe.
*She then flies back to Neko's arms as she hears from Gaudior* Take care of Neko.

So now our travelers are off on their adventure, as Siempre finally loses sight of her human over the water she drops her front paws back onto the deck. She pads across the deck to the prow, where Kioko and Kioke are, staring out at the water before them.
*Gaudior, Sabrina, and Ginny stay at the railing until they can no longer see Neko and Saphira.*
*Gaudior gives a little sigh and then goes to the helm.*
*Sabrina takes Ginny down with her to the Galley.* We'll see them sooner than you think, Little one.
Back to our adventurers to the East of Kitsun:
Siempre is at the front of the ship, staring out at the water as the first light of the morning hits it. She can feel Kiti in her mind, feel her sorrow, but there really isn't any way for her to help. In truth, she misses Kiti too, but not as much because while Kiti was trying to do all the things they did together by herself, Siempre was doing new things with the other inhabitants of the boat. Yesterday the dragons had gone out into the ocean to catch fish, and did they ever find them! You would think that even a shark would be no match for a dragon, but unfortunately, so did brave Schon. As the two were gathering fish, the shark had come from behind Lieben and tried to attack her, but her mate came rushing out of the darkness, attacking the shark back, protecting Lieben. The shark bit a large wound into Schon's thick hide, just on her chest below her neck. Lucky Meriamne was here, as soon as Lieben dragged Schon from the water to the deck, Meriamne was able to heal her with her horn.
Neko's three missed her, but they also had new things to do. Gaudior was having fun stearing the ship. Ginny and Sabrina had almost taken over the galley. Preparing meals for everyone. Ginny was on deck when Schon was injured and brought on board.
Ginny: Is she all right?
Schon: I'm fine... *sighs wearily*
Meri: She's going to be tired for a while... she should go to your nest, Lieben, and sleep it off. If you leave her with the eggs, they will calm her very nicely.
Lieben: *nods and nuzzles her partner, nipping at her tail until Schon dragged her wings up to fly away*
Siempre is streached out on the deck, enjoying her free time, and the twins are at their usual post, near the wheel with Gaudior. Kioko was particularly fond of the winged male, and Kioke was now finding an interesting friend in him. Lady was beneath the ship, she was more cautious than her larger shipmates, though, and she had yet to encounter any danger. Said larger shipmates were belowdeck with their eggs, they had realized that it seemed natural to keep the little eggs under the water. Tenshi-Usa was with Sabrina and Ginny.
Sabrina: I think it is time for some lunch. *She goes to the barrels* What do you think would be good for lunch?
Ginny: I think everyone would like that.
*Gaudior was at the helm watching the horizon and steering the ship*
Tenshi-Usa: Hops up and down happily. "Don't we still have some of the fish Lieben and Schon brought us? They would like that, I'm sure... I'll make the tea!!"
Kioko: Stares up toward the sky happily. She can feel that they are near her home, though this makes her a little sad. Would she still be able to visit her newfound friends once she was home with her mother and her mother's husband. She shuddered, reminded of him, that day on the beach... he had just let them go... did he want them gone? She sighs heavily.
Sabrina: smiles at Tenshi-Usa's excitement. "I shall start on the fish."
Ginny: "I'll make a fruit salad."
Gaudior: Looks down toward Kioko and watches her. A look of worry comes to his face.
Kioko: She looks toward Gaudior, realizing she was spacing, and smiles. "Sorry, just thinking."
Tenshi: Cheers, rushing off to find the tea... stuff.
Gaudior: He smiles back still a little worried. "Penny for your thoughts?"
Ginny: She comes back from the stores with a basket of different fruits and begins to chop them
Sabrina: She retrieves the fish and begins to prepare them. "I must remember to ask them to get more fish soon."
Kioko: "Penny?" She tilts her head. "I'm just a little nervous about getting home... I... don't know how welcome we will be."
Tenshi: Soon returns with a little bowl of tea hovering before her. She didn't even know she could do that! But it certainly was easier than holding it with her wings and trying not to spill it as she hopped. "Would anyone else like some?"
Lieben: Swoops in at that moment, her tiny form gliding to a halt on Meriamne's back, as she too enters.
Meri: Smiles at the tiny dragon. "Where do you want to eat?" She asks, a blanket to eat on strewn across her back.
Gaudior: "It's an expression. I'm sure you are always welcome with us." He gives her a comforting smile.
Sabrina: "Soups on." She carries out the plate of fish she was working on.
Ginny: She brings out the big bowl of fruit salad. "Anyone hungry?"
Kioko: "Thank-you... I hope we will be there too.."
Kioke: Raises an eyelid as he wakes up a bit. He seemed to be tired a lot still, not as strong as his twin.
Meri: Follows them out with the blanket and spreads it on the shipdeck.
Lieben & Schon: Fly out and settle themselves on the blanket.
Tenshi: Continues to hop along onto the deck, the little bowl before her.
Gaudior: Smiles. "As do I."
Ginny: Brings a small bowl of fruit to Kioke. "It's time for lunch if you are hungry."
Sabrina: Follows everyone out on deck and calls up to Gaudior. "Lunch time."
Kioko: Smiles to her brother, helping him up an to the blanket. "I'm hungry! Thank you guys!"
Kioke: feels small as his sis babys him. "I can walk Kioko..." Nuzzles her fondly.
Everyone else: Settles on the blanket and pass around the bowls of food.
