Generic western music hit as Cactus Jack headed out onto the ramp.

Jack rolled into the ring and shot the crowd the "Bang Bang!" He then waited fro his opponent.

*Holy War 21 hits on the PA system as Toshiaki Kawada walks out. Kawada doesn't bother taunting the fans as he walks to the ring. Kawada arrives at the ring's apron and steps threw the middle rope, waiting for the bell to ring.*
