Ok, recently a friend introduced me to a VERY helpful site I thought I'd share with you all.
This one Japanese web-site basically figured out litterly almost every pattern every guild rotates through when it comes to guild-point items, and I've been using it for a while now, and it's been right every day. It tells you what your item is by your craft and rank, and even tells you how many points each item gives (Including HQ), the max, and how many items you need to make to get it. Even includes recipes.
