I could really use some help learning how to control my gifts. Sometimes I can read peoples minds on command, but it almost hurts me to do it. Any suggestions?
Are you reading their minds with or without permission? that can make a huge difference. I suggest grounding and centering a regular basis. It helps control the energy flow and evens you out.
See, the thing is, I can't get their permission in time- it just kind of happens every now and then. If there's a picture in their head I'll draw it, or respond to a question they thought of. I don't really mean to do it.
