Curiously padding through the brush, he appeared upon a beautiful land. Though, he had no clue in the world where he had ended up. He thought he knew where he was going! Though, it was hard to tell when you've been wandering all of your life, without a family to care for you. Aki'ada really didn't know who his parents were, and nor did he really care. As long as he had himself, he'd be alright ... maybe. He sighed, and sat down in the tall grasses.
As soon as he saw water, he instantly padded up to it and lapped up a few drops in his maw. Then he stuck his paws in the water, with a slight smile. Maybe this wasn't that bad, after all?

Usika wandered about the land, getting her first real taste of what being out of her mother's watchful eyes could really be like. Spotting a small frog, she tilted her maw to the ground and curiously watched it for awhile...until it jumped on her face that is!
Usika giggled and decided to try and "watch" the frog, running around to try and play a sort of game of tag with it. However, the brush near the small creek was wet and the curious cub went sprawling into the water, headfirst!
As she began to get up, the frog gingerly hopped away, leaving a wet and confused lioness in its' wake.

Aki'ada was practically nearby as the juvenile lept into the water. Shocked randomly by the splash, he fell backwards into the flowing water, gaping for air. As he emerged, he laughed lightly, looking at the lioness. "Scared me for a moment, there ..." He turned and looked at the frog leaping away. "Ah, so I suppose you were after the frog, right?" He grinned widely, and swam his way over to the bank.
As he got out, he awaited the other juvenile to follow him out. Hopefully.

Usika, using a paw to clear her face of her now dripping fur, nodded and climbed out after the strange lion.
"Yeah, I was hoping that it would get knocked off or flail or something to that effect but...not much luck there. Oh well." The lioness smiled before shaking the remaining water from her fur.
"I'm Usika. Who're you?" she inquired, playfully walking around the other lion; to quickly help dry her fur.

"Ah, well ... Tha' names Aki'ada. Though, i'm not exactly from around here. Do you happen to know where I am?" He tilted his head curiously, getting a better look at the little juvenile. So, there were lions around here, the same age as him?
"I'm a rouge, just wandering the lands. I didn't realize where I was going, though. I'd never been here before. ... though, its quite nice here. I actually like it." He purred and then sat down in the tall grasses.

"This is...the land of the Kusini. At least, that's what I've always been told anyways." Usika nodded in reply as she turned back to the cub.
"So, why're all by yourself? Is your pack around here somewheres? Or are you a scout, hunting for the next meal? Cause, if you are, I'm gonna have to beat you up!"
The lioness quickly pounced the ground next to Aki'ada and growled playfully.
"See? I'm really strong too!"

Aki laughed lightly. "Actually ... I have no pack, no family. I'm all alone. Though, hmm ... i've never heard of the Kusini. I suppose I traveled further than I was supposed to!" He grinned as the other juvenile pounced him. "Ah ... hey!" He fell over onto his side, blowing the grasses out of his eyes. Then he stood back up, raised his butt in the air and playfully chased after Usika. "I see that, but i'm strong, too!" He made little growl noises and had a fun time.
