If you should choose to do so, you may post your own name, however, some people wish not to be known except by their Gaian name. I agree with BB, but extended to all outside info. Parastealing from HIPPA, basically posting any unsolicited information you would not know about a person if you only knew them through Gaia.

Speaking of which, if anyone would like me to remove their Magic card, just ask.

|---> We had a "Real Names" thread a while ago - perhaps all of that sort of thing should stay in that thread.

For the record, I don't mind what you call me - I've gone by so many names here that I'll probably answer to any of them: Shadow, Jay, TI, [S.E-m]...and if you know my real name, I suppose I don't mind people using that (though I don't know why anyone would want to).

As for non-Gaian identities, do you mean people's LJs/DeviantART accounts and so on as well? <---|

I would think LJs and DeviantArts are okay because they're well-known sites. I guess what this all comes down to is people shouldn't be posting personal information about other members if that information did not come from knowing that member on Gaia.
