Actually, he used the plunger to look for treasure in the toilets, and plunged Willy up by mistake.
I believe he killed Willy with some sort of wishing item. He wished Willy would die, and then the whale exploded. Then he wished himself back in time, found himself from the past, and the two of them plunged Willy out of the toilet a second time and killed him again.

I believe the person in question didn't take a drink at all that night.

I agree. I could've sworn there was a faster moving version.
Part 2 was even better though! There were even voices programmed into it care of Mooby and me.

Captain Wingo Interesting... well anyway... it is still an example of why DD should be banned D&D is one of the best games ever if played properly. If you disagree, I can not be held responsible for massiv numbers of things resembling caltrops being scattered among the floor of your bed room while your asleep. *hides D4 sharpener*

Ever seen the game science D4s? like all game science dice, they have hard sharp edges. Me and my freinds thus made a sharpener for then, and so now we have a set of dice that will scratch glass.

Hey, if you ever choose to become one of the IDCC, at least you'll already have a weapon of choice!
