I'm 17 about 5'4", I weigh about 54 kg. I hardly eat. I am not sure if I am bordering on Anorexia. Or if its something else. I have been like this since about a year ago. Ever since I started college (UK) I have just gotten out of a difficult relationship, my ex was emotionally abusive and unstable in his own way. We got together about march 2006 (I think). It didn't get worse or better during those times. When I was going out with my ex, I started haveing trouble breathing. And there where sharp stabbing pains in my chest. And I felt really dizzy, like I was about to faint (But I never have) I went to the doctor and he said it was stress related after checking it wasn't athsma or anthing thing like that (I don't smoke either). Its been about 3 months since I broke up with my ex. I still hardly eat and I am still getting short of breath ect. Its gotten a little worse since then. Are the breathing and lack of eating related? Am I anorexic? Or am I just over reacting?

Edit: I also get a few heart palpitations every now and again.

You should go see another doctor. None of that sounds normal. I have chest pain and dizzy spells from time to time too, but at some point will go get an EKG to see if something's wrong.

As for your body weight, you're barely above being underweight. Your BMI is about 18.6 if I did the calculations right (54kg being just under 120 pounds), and the borderline for being underweight is 18.5. So yes, you're not at a very healthy weight.

The not wanting to eat could be due to depression or feeling down. When my ex broke up with me last fall, I lost 10 pounds over the Christmas season because I was working 6 days a week, and being depressed to the point where I was barely eating.

You could talk to your doctor about starting a new diet, and not diet-lose-weight, but diet as in figuring out how to get you to eat more and eat healthy things. Or talk to a nutritionist. Either way, you need to get your weight up a bit.
