Lately i haven't really been feeling like myself and i have no idea why. Usually it means that i need to play more video games...weird but yeah. I jus think its odd the way i've been acting cuz now i'm actually turning away from junk and looking for healthy stuff to eat...its probably a good choice but its freaking me out a bit...

Don't worry.. I am going through what you are going through and it is a good thing! 3nodding
In time you will feel better that you left that food (you can eat it from time to time..) and feel better and can do more things but you need time! wink

i just got yelled at for breaking my fast with a date and a coke >_> lol
i guess your body is telling you... and your brain is agreeing with the fact that you should eat healthy, to stay healthy ^__^
its the "evolution" from the kiddish mind we used to have XD
when we start to adapt to the new and more sophisticated problems of growing up, usually our mind evaluates ourself, and decides what it needs to change to insure the growth of the human body XD

I was never able to eat a lot of sweets when I was little, I always got sick and felt like puking. I don't like fruit though lol XD
I like most veggies though O.o

It could be maybe that you are getting tired of junk. You know, like when you eat something over and over again, you get tired and your body wants something different. My mom used to buy me the same cereal for breakfast every morning and I got really tired of it after a while and started eating bread for breakfast haha.

i also believe that your body will tell you when to eat healthy foods. i like veggies and fruit and some times junk. but i always start to feel draggy when i eat junk food. and as silverliss knows i heart green beans.

Oh, my dear child. You are going through one of the final stages of puberty. It's great, you'll feel like yourself eventually and you'll still eat healthy, junk every once in a while of course! Look at it as a good thing. This is the final stage for some people. Not a lot of people go through this. You are lucky because you will eat healthy and make good choices. You'll also have wonderful children because you'll teach them how to make the right choices, too. I have to go now,bye!
