Your style is really cool, and the picture is good.
The only major problem with it is that it looks sort of 'flat'. If you enhanced the shading a bit, and made the lines and fishnet on the arms/legs/torso/etc. curved instead of straight, it would be a bit better.
Here's a quick (and incredibly crappy) sketch I did to show the difference between straight and curved lines on a figure....
Also, it looks like there needs to be a little bit more 'cleaning up' around the boy's mouth. A bit of erasing should fix that though. ^_~
