You know the chords. =P
Add stands for additional. So when there's an "add9" on the end of a chord it basically means add an additional 9th to the chord. So the C major chord of C, E and G would get an additional D. Hence add9.
Same thing with the Dsus4, only this time sus means sustained. So D major (D, F#, A) would get an additional 4th in the form of a G. I don't actually know when to use add and when to use sus though. I think it's got something to do with what octave the foreign note is. So if it's a 2 or a 4 it'll be sus and if it's a 9 or an 11 (same notes, but different octave) it'll be add. Don't quote me on that though.
