I realized that most people who are big fans of the show have probably read the book by now. I was surfing around Amazon.com (I like to update my reccomendations) when I found out that Mr. Macguire is writing a sequel to the original book, entitled Son of a Witch, about Elphaba's son. I'm just putting it out there for all of the overly dedicated fans who have to have more backstories.

Oooh Thanks! I loved the book, so I'm looking forward to reading this! *adds to my long list of books to be read....eventually....when I'm not so freaking busy! Hmm. It should be released by then, no?

I think that it is nering release, since it already had a picture of the cover. Then again, that might not be saying much...
