I am very excited for the 21 of September. I haven't watched much Avatar at all this summer, save for the 1st season DVD box set, so I'm totally psyched to watch the show on a regular basis -- with new episodes! I can't wait to see how much has changed (I saw a trailer that someone linked to me on Gaia) as well as how everything will end. What will the Fire Nation be like? Who's going to fight Fire Lord Ozai? How will Azulah meet her end? New relationships? Deaths? Any characters from previous seasons making second appearances? All I can tell is that it's going to be intense.
But as to what I'll do on that long-awaited day. . .I'm going to turn on the TV first thing and watch the premier with complete devoted attention. Then, I'll think long and hard about it afterwards, since it feels like it's been years since I last watched Avatar on TV. sweatdrop
Now that I think about it, I have a little theory of my own. I think they just might get to the Fire Nation with the help of Iroh. That makes sense to me, anyway. And I'm wondering if Jeong-Jeong will be in the season? That would makes sense, too, though I'm uncertain if he'll be the one teaching Aang Firebending. Either Iroh, or Zuko, as many people have said.
But. . .man! This is going to be so fun! I mean, I remember watching the first episode (first 2 episodes, actually) of the 1st season years ago. I bet I'll get the same feeling this time. But it'll also feel strange. . .Summer vacation is over, so starting today I go back to school, which means it'll be autumn again. It'll be a deja'vu type of feeling, I can tell.
