So today's my first Gaiaversary. A year ago today, I was just an innocent little newb. Now, I'm still dirt poor, can't finish a quest if it killed me, and I still don't have more gold than Kiba.
This sucks.
Anyway, I happened to not have a very great day on Gaia today. My friend Holly was on some medication this morning that made her just a bit...unfocused (to put it lightly) and she accidentally gave her password to a scammer who PMed her the "You just got reported and we need to verify your account info" scam, so I had to go through an hour of calming her down, walking her through the steps to get her account back (the idiot scammer only changed her password. It seems he forgot about the "Forgot your password?" button on the login screen.), and then in a spur of the moment act of kindness, I gave her most of my gold to get her restarted on her katana quest that went down the drain when the hacker stole her gwee and all of her gold.
If you understood all of that, raise your hand.
And then I happened to realize that my quest just went down the drain because I gave most of my gold to Holly.
So, it hasn't been the greatest day in the world. Someone post something funny to cheer me up. Make me happy.

I say scammers should eat soap, all of them. I mean, litterally, eat souap. Not wash their mouth out with it, chew and swallow it.
Anyway, it's a nice thing you did. I did that once; gave all of my gold to charity, got up to 16k, and went art-whoring. The artist never gave me the work, sent all of his stuff to a mule account, so when he was banned nothing happened. That's what he told me.
Bah, things happen.Gaia Annie's were never my favorite days, as many of my friends on my mule spam up my inbox with things like, "Gaia anniversery's are stupid," "don't suspect I'LL give YOU anything [a month later] hey, it's my Gaia Anniversery! Gifties, plz?"
Er...-coughs- At least you helped a friend. A year isn't very old; my most expensive item I had was a hat. Things were different then, but still; don't kill yourself, life ain't that hard and it's just a few pixels lost.
But s'blood! What a quest to loose gold for! If I wasn't questing for a Long Drag, I'd give it to you. >.<"

-shrugs- I started when I was just little xD I didnt even know what a gaiaversary was...so I dont really have one...
My friend on neopets had a whole bunch of pbs and a lot of gold and a guy was hacking her account and she foolishly gave him her pin because he said he only wanted "20k" like, what hacker would hack someone just to get 20k? we told her not to give him her pin and he would get tired of waiting and just move on with his life...which he probably would've just got her banned, but you should just be thankful your not her sweatdrop

KibaB Sorry I made you feel so bad... ._. Meh. I was ranting. Bad days make me rant about unimportant things and that just came up because you've only been on Gaia since December and probably have more gold/items then anyone who's been here since 04 (but not 03. Those guys are made of gold.)

Bad days make me rant about unimportant things and that just came up because you've only been on Gaia since December and probably have more gold/items then anyone who's been here since 04 (but not 03. Those guys are made of gold.) I know a poor 03er. xD She has all donation items, but usually only has about 5--7k on her. Like me, actually. But still, for a year, your avatar doesn't look bad. :] It's not made of richness like many I've seen, but it looks nice. I'd rather see a nice-looking yearling who's poor as I am than a richy with a bad avatar. Besides, you're nice. If you want, there are many charities who help out Gaians who are also charitable. Those are the only charities I've ever gotten anything from; like a letter, :] As for Kiba, it's easy to rant about him. No offense, Kiba. -hug- xD

Yeah, I have lotsa cheap items (all under 30k) and then my katana. But I use this avi because I've gotten about 5 random PMs from people who said they like my avi. cool And I like this avi, even the green stuff. And it makes my eyes look shiny.
