R.E.I.I.I.
Erik Donner: Dr. Jelena Trevale's number one assistant and one who could also be seen as the second in command of the Echo project. Erik looks mean but is more fluffy and nice than you would think. Standing at 6'2, he is tanned with brown shaggy hair, and hazel eyes. (played by Fractured Moonlight)
Joey: If you want information, then Joey is the guy to go to. He has information and the like in every form of media available, right down to the old style of newspapers. He also manages and runs the R.E.I.I.I. Fleet's private code access only website, which acts pretty much as a newspaper for the Fleet. Though not the kind of guy you want to get on the bad side of, least you find your names and something bad about you on the Fleet's website. (played by anyone)
Captain Michael Norris : Captain of the entire REIII Fleet.
Dr. Robert Camp: Orthopedic/Neurology doctor who's currently visiting but considering going Fleet.

In Innocent Hands
Saewelquin
A somewhat dragon-folk like creature with black scaling and golden eyes, bronze colored skin. Often clad in armor and jeweled decoration. Seems to be the care taker of "Frikk" and "Frakk". None too healthy intentions in mind. Laricalu's brother, Kaznec's uncle.
"Frykk"
Male, child creautre that is the mix of dragon-folk like creature and a kirin. Slightly elongated face and a deep tan skin, tealish and silver hair, golden eyes with scales on the psudeo-snout and on the shoulders. Horse like ears and curved back horns. "Frykk" is more like a kirin, his bottom half below the waist being horse like legs with cloven hooves, scaling and a horse like tail. Silvery white fur on lower half and up his spine. Younger twin to "Frakk".
"Frakk"
Female, child creautre that is the mix of dragon-folk like creature and a kirin.Slightly elongated face and a deep tan skin, tealish and silver hair, golden eyes with scales on the psudeo-snout and on the shoulders. Horse like ears and curved back horns. "Frakk is more dragon like, having dragon paw like forearms and hands, dragonic wings, and a dragonic tail as well as random patches of scales. Older twin to "Frykk".

Koto: Master Strategist of the Ilindal Guardians.
Captain Gem "Jewel" Neerem: Pirate. Captain of the Gale Claw.
Xeke: Kaznec's Seon.
Fellnathir: Silver Dragon-Folk. Leader of the silver tribe out in the Glass Sea.
Laricalu: Deceased. Black scaled Dragon-folk. Mother of Kaznec, Life Mate to Lycear, Clutch Mate to Saewelquin. Very much beloved by all.
